For this new international school, which follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, we are now seeking a Head of School Administration to support admissions and school operations. 【Key Responsibilities】 ーAdmissions & Enrollment Operations ・Handling inquiries and applications (managing and reviewing application documents, follow-up communication) ・Scheduling interviews, school tours, and meetings ・Managing payment and contract procedures after enrollment decisions ーParent Communication ・Responding to attendance-related inquiries ・Managing applications for extended childcare services Most communication is handled via an app; however, you will also respond to urgent matters or direct inquiries when necessary. ーCoordination with External Organizations ・Liaising with school bus service providers ・Coordinating with government offices and external educational institutions ・Communicating with media, local communities, and external partners ーStaff Labor Management ・Monitoring attendance and working conditions of staff members ーManagement of Supplies and Educational Materials ・Ordering and managing inventory of school supplies and equipment ーBasic Accounting Support ・Coordinating with the headquarters’ accounting team to confirm payment management 【Team Culture】 As we prepare for the launch of a new school, many team members proactively propose ideas and take initiative to move projects forward.
