Our vision is “Achieving Coexistence of Humanity and the Earth.” Leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as satellite data and AI, we are tackling challenges in agriculture and environmental sustainability. This position is for a Business Development professional responsible for launching and driving decarbonization initiatives in agricultural land. You will report directly to the Head of the Agri-Innovation Division and be involved in the project from concept to execution, with significant autonomy and impact. Although these projects originate in Japan, they are designed with future global expansion in mind. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your business experience while working at the forefront of environmental technology, contributing to initiatives that truly make a difference for the planet. #About the Role We are looking for a Business Development professional to join our Agri-Innovation Division, leading Japan-origin decarbonization projects. Reporting directly to the Head of Division, you will have significant autonomy to shape new initiatives and help bring them to global markets. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of decarbonization, working on projects that create social impact while accelerating your own career. #Key Responsibilities Conduct market research domestically and internationally (interviews with clients and stakeholders, field visits) Plan, manage, and execute decarbonization projects Prepare proposals, presentations, and white papers Coordinate closely with R&D and engineering teams internally Handle reporting, operations management, and related administrative tasks Promote projects through talks, presentations, and public outreach Support subsidy and grant applications (information gathering, coordination with grant offices, document preparation and submission) #Other tasks as assigned Note: Domestic and international travel may be required (typically a few times a year, up to 10 times depending on the project). #Why You’ll Love This Role Lead and launch new projects, from concept to global deployment Work on decarbonization and environmental challenges with significant social impact Be directly involved in fast decision-making under the Head of Division Develop a broad skillset beyond your core expertise, gaining insight across the business #About the Agri-Innovation Division Our division leverages cutting-edge satellite data and soil chemical analysis to support sustainable and regenerative agriculture. Key initiatives include: Reducing GHG emissions and developing carbon credit projects Promoting decarbonization through the use of agricultural materials Providing actionable data and insights for farmers and local governments The division is a small, elite team of 6, including the Head of Division, Deputy Head, and team members, allowing for a high degree of autonomy and direct impact on projects.

給与: Salary: ¥4,000,000 and above, negotiable (based on experience and skills)

勤務体系: Work Style: Flextime system with core hours from 10:00 to 15:00 Start time: Between 6:00 and 10:00 End time: Between 15:00 and 22:00 Average overtime: ~20 hours/month Remote work available (3 days/week in office recommended)
