JOB DESCRIPTION
■Role Overview As a Design Specialist, you will take charge of creative initiatives that shape Interstellar Technologies’ brand communications. Your scope will span a wide range of design work, from corporate branding to product design for our rockets and satellites. As Interstellar expands its business globally, we are looking for a design output that meets international trends, not just domestic ones. This position plays a key role in enhancing Interstellar’s brand value through communication both within and outside the company. ■Key Responsibilities ･Branding and CI design (building, maintaining, and managing the corporate and product brand identity) ･Creation of promotional materials such as brochures, novelty items, and presentation slides ･Design of mission badges and other creative assets for rocket launching marketing campaigns Scope of potential changes: Job duties as defined by the company.

必須要件
ESSENTIAL CRIETERIA
･5+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer ･Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) ･Strong Japanese communication skills (equivalent to JLPT N3 or above, business level)

給与
<Estimated Annual Salary> ･JPY 5,000,000 – JPY 7,040,000 <Monthly Salary> ･JPY 417,000 – JPY 587,000 <Breakdown of Monthly Salary> ･Base salary: JPY 307,000 – JPY 433,000 ･Fixed overtime allowance: JPY 110,000 – JPY 154,000 (Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime per month; any excess will be fully compensated.) <Additional Notes> ・Monthly salary includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month; any excess will be compensated in full. ・Final salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and other qualifications. ・Salary reviews are conducted twice a year (March and September).

＜Work Style＞ ・Flextime system (no core time) ・No designated starting or ending time ・Settlement period: 1 month ・Flexible working hours: 05:00 - 22:00 ・Standard working hours: 8 hours per day ・Overtime: May be required depending on workload ・Break time: 60 minutes per day ＜Holidays and Leave＞ ・Holidays: Full five-day workweek with Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, January 2 and January 3 off ・Total annual holidays: 120 days or more ・Leave: Paid annual leave (10 days granted on the date of joining), summer leave (2 days) ・Other types of leave: Marriage, bereavement, maternity, nursing care, childcare, etc.

There is a 3-month probation period. Salary and conditions remain the same during this period.
