私たちは、2つの事業を展開しています。
1つは、日本発の汎用人工知能（AGI）の実現。従来のような巨大なモデルを全利用者に一律に提供するのではなく、利用者に合わせて独自に成長する「遍在型AGI」の実現を目指しています。
もう1つは、遍在型AGIの特性を活かした生活者向けグローバルプロダクトの構築です。2026年1月に国内最大規模の100億円規模の初回資金調達を完了し、博報堂DYグループとの資本業務提携を経て、研究開発並びにプロダクト開発を加速しています。

ポジションの意義・背景

Third Intelligenceでは、現在主流となっているTransformerアーキテクチャに留まらない、次世代のAIアルゴリズムの研究開発に取り組んでいます。
これらの研究成果の社会実装として、人々の新たな生活基盤となる消費者向けのグローバルプラットフォームを実現すべく、BigTechやメガベンチャー出身者から成る社内のプロダクト開発チームが開発を担っています。

私たちは2025年6月から始動したスタートアップですが、初の資金調達ラウンドで国内最大級となる100億円の調達を完了しました。高い技術力とプロフェッショナリズムを持つ人材による少数精鋭チームを目指し、BigTechや国内の高水準企業と比較して競争力がある報酬・福利厚生へ投資します。
また、共同創業者 兼 Chief Scientistとして松尾豊教授が参画しており、松尾研究所からカーブアウトした企業として、研究資産や知見を活用しながら事業を推進しています。

業務内容・期待成果

• 独自AIを活用したプロダクト全体のUX戦略を策定し、プロダクトビジョンに基づき、要件定義、情報設計、UIデザイン、デザインシステムの設計・導入・継続的な運用を確立いただきます。
• 提供するプロダクトのUIデザイン品質を限界まで押し上げる他、ユーザーリサーチを主導し、AIエージェントとの対話モデルやインタラクションデザインにおけるThird Intelligence独自のデザイン原則を確立、開発チームへ浸透いただく機会もございます。
• グローバル市場を前提とした多言語・多文化対応可能なUX設計を推進し、プロダクトの市場競争力とユーザーエンゲージメントを最大化いただくことを期待します。

About the Company

Third Intelligence is an AI research and product development company taking on the challenge of establishing AGI originating from Japan. Through the establishment of "Ubiquitous AGI (Artificial General Intelligence)"—a concept uniquely proposed by Third Intelligence—and its growth tailored to each individual, we aim to realize services that become a new foundation for society.

We are pursuing two lines of business. The first is the realization of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) originating from Japan. Rather than providing a single massive model uniformly to all users, we aim to create "Ubiquitous AGI" that grows and adapts independently for each individual user. The second is the development of a global consumer platform leveraging the unique characteristics of Ubiquitous AGI. In January 2026, we completed one of Japan's largest initial funding rounds of approximately ¥10 billion, and through a capital and business alliance with the Hakuhodo DY Group, we are accelerating both our cutting-edge AI research and product development.

About the Position

Significance & Background

At Third Intelligence, we are conducting R&D on next-generation AI algorithms that go beyond the currently dominant Transformer architecture. To bring these research outcomes to society, our product development team—comprised of talent from BigTech and major tech companies—is building a global consumer platform that will become a new foundation for people's daily lives.

We are a startup that launched in June 2025, yet completed one of Japan's largest initial funding rounds of approximately ¥10 billion. We aim to build an elite team of highly skilled professionals and invest in compensation and benefits that are competitive with BigTech and leading domestic companies. Additionally, Professor Yutaka Matsuo has joined as Co-founder and Chief Scientist, and as a company spun out of the Matsuo Institute, we leverage its research assets and expertise to drive our business forward.

Transforming the technical complexity and advantages of Ubiquitous AGI into an intuitive and trustworthy experience for users is what determines the product's success. In this position, you will be responsible for the design quality of products that bring our proprietary AI to society.

Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes

• Formulate the overall UX strategy for products leveraging our proprietary AI. Based on the product vision, establish and maintain requirements definition, information architecture, UI design, and design system development and operations.
• Push the UI design quality of our products to the highest possible standard. Lead user research and establish Third Intelligence's unique design principles for dialogue models and interaction design with AI agents, and disseminate them to the development team.
• Drive UX design for multilingual and multicultural adaptation with global markets in mind, maximizing product market competitiveness and user engagement.

• 5年以上のプロダクトデザイン（ネイティブアプリ・Web）の実務経験、もしくは、Design Leadとしてプロダクトを前に進めてきた経験
• PdMやPjMといったメンバーと協力し、デザインだけに留まらず、目指すプロダクトに応じたクロスファンクショナルな貢献能力
• BigTech水準のUX品質をスタートアップのスピード感で実現できる高い実行力
• Figmaの高度な専門性

• Fluent English proficiency (native or near-native level)
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (candidates with native-level English and conversational Japanese are also encouraged to apply)
• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience (native apps & web), or experience leading products forward as a Design Lead
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PdMs, PjMs, and other team members, contributing beyond design alone to achieve the target product vision
• High execution ability to achieve BigTech-level UX quality at startup speed
• Advanced expertise in Figma
