私たちは、2つの事業を展開しています。
1つは、日本発の汎用人工知能（AGI）の実現。従来のような巨大なモデルを全利用者に一律に提供するのではなく、利用者に合わせて独自に成長する「遍在型AGI」の実現を目指しています。
もう1つは、遍在型AGIの特性を活かした生活者向けグローバルプロダクトの構築です。2026年1月に国内最大規模の100億円規模の初回資金調達を完了し、博報堂DYグループとの資本業務提携を経て、研究開発並びにプロダクト開発を加速しています。

複雑なAIプロダクト基盤を支えるバックエンド全体のアーキテクチャ設計と技術的な卓越性を牽引するポジションです。単一の機能開発に留まらず、グローバルスケールでの信頼性、拡張性などを担保するための標準を定義し、全社的な技術課題の解決にオーナーシップを発揮していただきます。AI研究開発組織が創り出す最先端のアルゴリズムを、確かなプロダクト品質でデリバリーするためのシステム基盤を構築する重要な役割を担います。

業務内容・期待成果

• グローバル展開に耐えうる高可用性かつ高スケーラブルなバックエンドシステムの全体アーキテクチャ設計と技術選定の主導
• システム全体におけるパフォーマンスのボトルネックや技術的負債を特定し、根本的な解決に向けた高難度の実装およびリファクタリングの遂行
• エンジニアリング組織全体の生産性を向上させるための、共通基盤、CI/CDパイプライン、および開発プロセスの標準化と自動化の推進
• チーム内のシニアエンジニアや若手エンジニアに対するメンタリング、およびコードレビューを通じた技術水準の底上げとエンジニアリング文化の醸成

About the Company

Third Intelligence is an AI research and product development company taking on the challenge of establishing AGI originating from Japan. Through the establishment of "Ubiquitous AGI (Artificial General Intelligence)"—a concept uniquely proposed by Third Intelligence—and its growth tailored to each individual, we aim to realize services that become a new foundation for society.

We are pursuing two lines of business. The first is the realization of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) originating from Japan. Rather than providing a single massive model uniformly to all users, we aim to create "Ubiquitous AGI" that grows and adapts independently for each individual user. The second is the development of a global consumer platform leveraging the unique characteristics of Ubiquitous AGI. In January 2026, we completed one of Japan's largest initial funding rounds of approximately ¥10 billion, and through a capital and business alliance with the Hakuhodo DY Group, we are accelerating both our cutting-edge AI research and product development.

Significance & Background

This position leads the overall backend architecture design and technical excellence underpinning our complex AI product platform. Going beyond individual feature development, you will define standards to ensure reliability and scalability at a global scale, and take ownership of resolving company-wide technical challenges. You will play a critical role in building the system infrastructure that delivers cutting-edge algorithms created by our AI R&D organization with proven product quality.

Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes

• Lead overall architecture design and technology selection for highly available and scalable backend systems capable of global deployment
• Identify performance bottlenecks and technical debt across the entire system, and execute high-complexity implementations and refactoring toward fundamental solutions
• Drive standardization and automation of shared infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and development processes to improve productivity across the engineering organization
• Mentor senior and junior engineers, and elevate technical standards and engineering culture through code reviews

• 大規模トラフィックを支える分散システムの設計・開発・運用における深い知見と8年程度以上の実務経験
• データベース、キャッシュ戦略、分散トレーシング、メッセージング基盤等のシステムデザインにおける卓越した専門性
• 複雑なステークホルダー間での技術的な合意形成を主導し、不確実性の高いプロジェクトを完遂させるリーダーシップ
• 英語での技術的な議論、およびグローバルな開発チームにおけるベストプラクティスの導入経験
• クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS, GCP等）を用いたインフラ構築・運用経験
• Go、Rust、C++など、パフォーマンスが重視される言語での開発経験

• Fluent English proficiency (native or near-native level)
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (candidates with native-level English and conversational Japanese are also encouraged to apply)
• Deep expertise and approximately 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and operating distributed systems supporting large-scale traffic
• Outstanding specialization in system design including databases, caching strategies, distributed tracing, and messaging infrastructure
• Leadership to drive technical consensus among complex stakeholders and deliver projects with high uncertainty
• Experience introducing best practices in global development teams with technical discussions conducted in English
• Experience building and operating infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Development experience in performance-critical languages such as Go, Rust, or C++
