私たちは、2つの事業を展開しています。
1つは、日本発の汎用人工知能（AGI）の実現。従来のような巨大なモデルを全利用者に一律に提供するのではなく、利用者に合わせて独自に成長する「遍在型AGI」の実現を目指しています。
もう1つは、遍在型AGIの特性を活かした生活者向けグローバルプロダクトの構築です。2026年1月に国内最大規模の100億円規模の初回資金調達を完了し、博報堂DYグループとの資本業務提携を経て、研究開発並びにプロダクト開発を加速しています。

ポジションについて

ポジションの意義・背景

遍在型AGIという高度な知能を、ユーザーが最も身近に、そして直感的に体験するための接点となるiOSアプリケーションを開発するポジションです。バックエンドやAI研究チームと密接に連携し、デバイスの性能を最大限に引き出したインタラクションやUXを実現する役割を担います。グローバル市場で愛されるプロダクトを目指し、モバイル特有のスケーラビリティや品質、保守性にオーナーシップを持って取り組んでいただきます。

業務内容・期待成果

• Swiftおよびモダンなフレームワークを用いたiOSアプリケーションの機能設計、実装、テスト、および運用の遂行
• AI機能（音声認識、画像処理等）をモバイル上でストレスなく動作させるための、パフォーマンス最適化とシームレスなUI実装
• デザイナーやプロダクトマネージャーと連携した、プロトタイピングからプロダクト化までの迅速なイテレーションの推進
• モバイルアプリ独自の品質管理（クラッシュ分析、メモリ管理、オフライン対応）およびCI/CD環境の構築・改善

About the Company

Third Intelligence is an AI research and product development company taking on the challenge of establishing AGI originating from Japan. Through the establishment of "Ubiquitous AGI (Artificial General Intelligence)"—a concept uniquely proposed by Third Intelligence—and its growth tailored to each individual, we aim to realize services that become a new foundation for society.

We are pursuing two lines of business. The first is the realization of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) originating from Japan. Rather than providing a single massive model uniformly to all users, we aim to create "Ubiquitous AGI" that grows and adapts independently for each individual user. The second is the development of a global consumer platform leveraging the unique characteristics of Ubiquitous AGI. In January 2026, we completed one of Japan's largest initial funding rounds of approximately ¥10 billion, and through a capital and business alliance with the Hakuhodo DY Group, we are accelerating both our cutting-edge AI research and product development.

About the Position

Significance & Background

This position develops the iOS application that serves as the closest, most intuitive touchpoint for users to experience Ubiquitous AGI—an advanced form of intelligence. Working closely with backend and AI research teams, you will maximize device capabilities to deliver exceptional interactions and UX. With the goal of building a product loved in global markets, you will take ownership of mobile-specific scalability, quality, and maintainability.

Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes

• Design, implement, test, and operate iOS application features using Swift and modern frameworks
• Optimize performance and deliver seamless UI for AI features (speech recognition, image processing, etc.) running smoothly on mobile devices
• Drive rapid iteration from prototyping to production in collaboration with designers and product managers
• Establish and improve mobile-specific quality management (crash analysis, memory management, offline support) and CI/CD environments

• Tools: GitHub / Slack / Notion / Xcode / Figma
• AI Tools: Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok
• iOS Tech Stack: Swift, Swift Concurrency, SwiftUI/UIKit, Swift Package Manager

• Swiftを用いたiOSネイティブアプリの開発・運用における5年以上の実務経験
• iOS標準ライブラリ、UIコンポーネントのカスタマイズ、および複雑な非同期処理/状態管理に関する深い知識
• ヒューマンインターフェースガイドライン（HIG）に基づき、ユーザーの使い心地を追求するプロダクトマインド
• 英語での技術ドキュメントの読み書きに対する抵抗がなく、グローバルスタンダードな手法を取り入れる意欲

• Fluent English proficiency (native or near-native level)
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (candidates with native-level English and conversational Japanese are also encouraged to apply)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and operating iOS native applications with Swift
• Deep knowledge of iOS standard libraries, UI component customization, and complex asynchronous processing/state management
• Product mindset focused on pursuing user experience quality based on Human Interface Guidelines (HIG)

• SwiftUIを用いた大規模プロダクトのリリース、およびメンテナンスの経験
• AVFoundationやCore ML、マルチメディア処理等、AI技術と親和性の高い領域の実装経験
• 最新のML/AI技術を活用したモバイルアプリケーションの開発経験
• スピード感のある協力的なチーム環境での開発を前向きに楽しめる姿勢
• OSSの開発・公開・メンテナンス経験
• AIツールや自動化を活用し、開発プロセスや生産性の継続的な改善に取り組んだ経験
• App Store ConnectやFastlaneを用いた配信自動化、およびモバイルアプリの可観測性向上の知見

• Experience releasing and maintaining large-scale products built with SwiftUI
• Implementation experience in areas with high AI affinity such as AVFoundation, Core ML, and multimedia processing
• Experience developing mobile applications leveraging the latest ML/AI technologies
• A positive attitude toward fast-paced, collaborative team development
• Experience developing, publishing, and maintaining OSS projects
• Experience using AI tools and automation to continuously improve development processes and productivity
• Knowledge of distribution automation using App Store Connect and Fastlane, and improving mobile app observability
