私たちは、2つの事業を展開しています。
1つは、日本発の汎用人工知能（AGI）の実現。従来のような巨大なモデルを全利用者に一律に提供するのではなく、利用者に合わせて独自に成長する「遍在型AGI」の実現を目指しています。
もう1つは、遍在型AGIの特性を活かした生活者向けグローバルプロダクトの構築です。2026年1月に国内最大規模の100億円規模の初回資金調達を完了し、博報堂DYグループとの資本業務提携を経て、研究開発並びにプロダクト開発を加速しています。

プロダクトチームやAI研究開発組織と連携し、技術的・事業的なオーナーシップを発揮しながらAIプロダクト開発を推進するポジションです。グローバル展開を見据えた、極めて高い品質・スケーラビリティ・可観測性・保守性・UXを誇るプロダクトを開発する役割を担います。
私たちは、エンジニア一人ひとりがプロダクト全体に責任を持つため、ひとつのレイヤーに収まることを良しとしないプロダクト志向のソフトウェアエンジニアを採用しています。AIネイティブな開発の時代において、そのフルスタックな志向は例外ではなく当たり前になりつつあります。
実務経験が浅くとも、確かな技術的素養と高い成長意欲をお持ちの方を歓迎します。Senior Engineerと協働しながら、早い段階から実プロダクトの開発をリードできる領域を広げていただきます。なお、ロールやレイヤーは、ご経験やスキルに応じて柔軟に検討します。

業務内容・期待成果

• グローバル展開を前提としたフロントエンド / バックエンドサービスの設計・実装・テスト・運用を担当する
• 0→1フェーズにおいて、ボトルネックを素早く特定・解消し、プロトタイピングから大規模化までを推進する
• 高負荷なAIサービスを支える、高耐久・低レイテンシな基盤の構築やCI/CDの整備に携わる
• エンジニアリングチームの主要言語は英語であり、グローバルスタンダードな開発手法を取り入れていく

About the Company

Third Intelligence is an AI research and product development company taking on the challenge of establishing AGI originating from Japan. Through the establishment of "Ubiquitous AGI (Artificial General Intelligence)"—a concept uniquely proposed by Third Intelligence—and its growth tailored to each individual, we aim to realize services that become a new foundation for society.

We are pursuing two lines of business. The first is the realization of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) originating from Japan. Rather than providing a single massive model uniformly to all users, we aim to create "Ubiquitous AGI" that grows and adapts independently for each individual user. The second is the development of a global consumer platform leveraging the unique characteristics of Ubiquitous AGI. In January 2026, we completed one of Japan's largest initial funding rounds of approximately ¥10 billion, and through a capital and business alliance with the Hakuhodo DY Group, we are accelerating both our cutting-edge AI research and product development.

Significance & Background

In collaboration with the product team and the AI R&D organization, this role drives AI product development with technical and business ownership. You will build products designed for global deployment with exceptionally high quality, scalability, observability, maintainability, and UX.

Because every engineer owns the product as a whole, we hire product-oriented software engineers who refuse to be boxed into a single layer. In the era of AI-native development, that full-stack instinct is becoming the baseline, not the exception.

Even if your hands-on experience is still limited, we welcome those with solid technical aptitude and a strong appetite for growth. Collaborating with senior engineers, you will expand the areas you can lead early on. Role and layer are considered flexibly based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes

• Design, implement, test, and operate frontend or backend services built for global deployment.
• In the 0→1 phase, rapidly identify and resolve bottlenecks and drive prototyping through to large-scale.
• Help build highly durable, low-latency infrastructure for high-load AI services and set up CI/CD.
• As English is the primary language within the engineering team, adopt globally standard practices.

• 何らかのプロダクト開発・運用の実務経験（年数の下限は問わず、1年未満でも可。目安として3年程度まで）
• ビッグテックまたは急成長（hyperscaling）スタートアップでのインターンシップまたは就業経験
• システム設計に関する基礎知識（データベース、キャッシュ、メッセージキュー等）
• スタートアップマインドとプロダクトマインド、ゼロからの開発に主体的に取り組む姿勢
• AIコーディングツールを日常的に活用しつつ、AIが生成したコードを批判的にレビューして品質を保てること
• 実装前に短い仕様（spec）を書く、AI機能には変更前にevalを回す、AIの挙動を再現・ロールバックできるようにする といったAIネイティブな開発習慣に馴染みがある、または身につける意欲があること
• 日本語または英語のいずれかがネイティブレベルであり、もう一方もビジネス初級レベル以上であること。また、よりバイリンガルになっていくことへの意欲があること（英語・日本語学習については支援の仕組みがあります）

• Hands-on experience developing and operating some product (no minimum on years; less than 1 year is fine, with roughly up to 3 years as a guide)
• Internship or work experience at a big tech or hyperscaling startup company
• Foundational system design knowledge (databases, caching, message queues)
• Startup and product mindset; proactive engagement in building from scratch
• Daily use of AI coding tools while critically reviewing AI-generated code to maintain quality
• Familiarity with, or eagerness to adopt, AI-native habits such as writing a short spec before implementing, running evals before changing AI features, and being able to reconstruct and roll back AI behavior
• Native-level proficiency in either Japanese or English, with at least basic business-level proficiency in the other, plus a willingness to become more bilingual (Japanese/English learning support is provided)
