私たちは、2つの事業を展開しています。
1つは、日本発の汎用人工知能（AGI）の実現。従来のような巨大なモデルを全利用者に一律に提供するのではなく、利用者に合わせて独自に成長する「遍在型AGI」の実現を目指しています。
もう1つは、遍在型AGIの特性を活かした生活者向けグローバルプロダクトの構築です。2026年1月に国内最大規模の100億円規模の初回資金調達を完了し、博報堂DYグループとの資本業務提携を経て、研究開発並びにプロダクト開発を加速しています。

ポジションについて

ポジションの意義・背景

AI研究開発組織と連携しバックエンドに主軸を置くソフトウェアエンジニアとして技術的・事業的なオーナーシップを発揮しながらAIプロダクト開発を推進するポジションです。グローバル展開を見据えた、極めて高い品質やスケーラビリティ、可観測性、保守性、UXを誇るプロダクトを開発する役割を担います。

業務内容・期待成果

• 本ポジションでは、グローバル展開を見据えたプロダクトのサービスにおけるバックエンドの設計・実装・テスト・運用を担当していただきます。
• 0→1のプロダクト開発フェーズにおいて技術的なボトルネックを迅速に特定・解消し、プロトタイピングから大規模スケールへの移行を推進することを期待しています。
• 高負荷なAIサービスを支える、高耐久性かつ低遅延なインフラの設計、およびCI/CDパイプラインの構築にも取り組んでいただきます。
• 加えて、エンジニアリングチーム内では英語によるコミュニケーションが多く発生するため、グローバルスタンダードな開発手法やベストプラクティスの導入も進めていただきます。

About the Company

Third Intelligence is an AI research and product development company taking on the challenge of establishing AGI originating from Japan. Through the establishment of "Ubiquitous AGI (Artificial General Intelligence)"—a concept uniquely proposed by Third Intelligence—and its growth tailored to each individual, we aim to realize services that become a new foundation for society.

We are pursuing two lines of business. The first is the realization of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) originating from Japan. Rather than providing a single massive model uniformly to all users, we aim to create "Ubiquitous AGI" that grows and adapts independently for each individual user. The second is the development of a global consumer platform leveraging the unique characteristics of Ubiquitous AGI. In January 2026, we completed one of Japan's largest initial funding rounds of approximately ¥10 billion, and through a capital and business alliance with the Hakuhodo DY Group, we are accelerating both our cutting-edge AI research and product development.

About the Position

Significance & Background

This position is for a software engineer with a primary focus on backend development who will drive AI product development with both technical and business ownership, in close collaboration with our AI R&D organization. You will be responsible for developing products with exceptionally high quality, scalability, observability, maintainability, and UX—designed for global deployment.

Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes

• Design, implement, test, and operate the backend services of our product, built for global deployment
• In the 0→1 product development phase, rapidly identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, and drive the transition from prototyping to large-scale production
• Design highly durable, low-latency infrastructure to support high-load AI services, and build CI/CD pipelines
• As English is the primary communication language within the engineering team, introduce globally standard development practices and best practices

Key Technology Stack / Development Environment / Tools

• Tools: GitHub / Slack / Notion / Figma
• AI Tools: Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok
• Backend Tech Stack: Go / Atlas / AWS / Datadog

• 新規サービス開発および大規模サービスにおけるバックエンドの開発・運用経験（5年程度以上）
• システムデザインの知識（データベース、キャッシュ、メッセージキューなど）
• スクラッチでのプロダクト開発の成功にオーナーシップをもって取り組んでいただけるスタートアップマインド、プロダクトマインド
• 英語での技術ドキュメントの読み書き・議論の能力（英語学習については支援の仕組みがありますので、キャッチアップいただく意思があれば問題ありません）
• クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS, GCP等）を用いたインフラ構築・運用経験
• Go、Rust、C++など、パフォーマンスが重視される言語での開発経験

• Fluent English proficiency (native or near-native level)
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (candidates with native-level English and conversational Japanese are also encouraged to apply)
• 5+ years of experience in backend development and operations for new service development and large-scale services
• Knowledge of system design (databases, caching, message queues, etc.)
• Startup mindset and product mindset—taking ownership of driving scratch product development to success
• Cloud platform (AWS, GCP, etc.) infrastructure building and operations experience
• Development experience in performance-critical languages such as Go, Rust, or C++

• マイクロサービスアーキテクチャや、分散システムにおける高可用性設計の経験
• LLM/AIプロダクトの推論APIなど、高負荷なAIシステムとの連携設計・最適化経験
• グローバル市場へのプロダクトローンチを、エンジニアリングサイドから主導した経験
• OSSコミュニティへの貢献、または技術カンファレンスでの登壇実績を通じたプレゼンス

• Experience in integration design and optimization with high-load AI systems such as LLM/AI product inference APIs
