At TeraWatt Technology, you will help transform breakthrough lithium-ion battery innovation into market-shaping partnerships and scalable growth. We design and build next-generation cells that are lighter, smaller, more powerful, and safer—with a bold mindset we call “Make it Work at Scale.” Our first mass-production facility is now online and ISO 9001 certified, targeting commercial sales from 2026. 【Mission】
・Drive company growth by independently developing business opportunities with new and existing customers in the lithium-ion battery market.
・Act as the primary customer interface for assigned accounts and projects, leading proposals, negotiations, contracts, and joint initiatives within defined scopes.
・Collaborate closely with internal teams (PM, R&D, Manufacturing) to ensure customer requirements are reflected in product and technology roadmaps.
・Contribute to strategic planning and market intelligence through insights from customers and industry trends.
【Responsibilities】
・Serve as the main contact for assigned customers (automotive, mobility, drone, power tools, and device manufacturers).
・Lead customer presentations, commercial proposals, and pricing discussions.
・Conduct negotiations and support contract reviews (in English or Japanese, with legal support).
・Manage customer projects from proposal through execution, ensuring alignment with technical and commercial objectives.
・Develop and grow new customer accounts and business opportunities.
・Collect customer requirements and feedback and work collectively with Product managers and Cell R&D to drive product development and team alignment.
・Analyze market data, customer feedback, and technical perspectives to generate business insights and opportunity proposals.
・Share industry trend information with the team to strengthen decision-making.
・Support fundraising activities and broader business development initiatives as needed.
・Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.

・English proficiency: CEFR B2 level or above (TOEIC 900+ preferred).
・Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, business, or related fields.
・3–7 years of professional experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing technical roles.
・Experience independently managing customer relationships or commercial projects.
・Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
・Strong skills in customer communication, negotiation, and relationship management in global environments.
・Nice-to-Have Qualifications.
