JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and implement new features across the company's products and services
- Implement UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality interfaces
- Contribute to design discussions and propose UI/UX improvements based on user feedback and best practices
- Develop and operate internal tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the R&D team, Business Development team, and external partners to define requirements and deliver product features end-to-end

IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for candidates who have experience with the following:
・Cloud service platform: AWS, GCP, Azure
・Development languages: Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React
・Development frameworks: Python-based, js/ts-based
・Container management: Docker, Docker Compose
・Database: PostgreSQL
・Project management: Github, Notion
・Internal communication: Slack, Discord, Notion
・AI tools: Github Copilot, ChatGPT / Codex, Claude
必須スキル
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- 2+ years of work experience in software development (front-end and server-side)
- TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Python
- Experience with modern development tools and workflows
- Experience using GitHub
- Experience with CI/CD
- Familiarity with AI tools used in development
- Business-level English
歓迎スキル
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)
- Experience working with Docker
- Familiarity with Figma
- Familiarity with web performance
- Experience leading team development projects
- Knowledge and skills in machine learning techniques
- Experience running or participating in data science competitions (e.g., Solafune, Kaggle)
- Experience in using satellite data, geospatial data, GIS tools, etc.
- UI / UX design experience
- Experience in working outside of your area of expertise
