Satellite Data Analyst (International Agriculture & Decarbonization Projects)

＃Job Summary: You will join our Agri-Innovation Division and be responsible for data analysis using remote sensing technology and machine learning. Specifically, you will analyze satellite data based on client needs and provide actionable insights and proposals to help solve real-world challenges. ＃Responsibilities Analyze satellite imagery (e.g., Sentinel, ALOS) to assess agricultural land use and conditions Quantify the impact of agricultural practices on soil carbon and regenerative farming outcomes Prepare analytical reports in both Japanese and English for internal and external stakeholders Support technical development in collaboration with internal engineers and external partners Contribute to carbon credit and MRV (Measurement, Reporting, Verification) frameworks aligned with global standards (e.g., Verra, GHG Protocol, SBTi FLAG) #Highlights Apply Japanese technology to address global climate challenges Contribute directly to international agricultural and carbon initiatives Be a part of interdisciplinary teams driving innovation in agri-environmental monitoring ＃About the Agri-Innovation Division: Our division leverages advanced technologies to promote environmental conservation in agriculture and realize regenerative farming. We support sustainable farming through land segmentation and soil chemical analysis, contribute to GHG reduction, and operate carbon credit initiatives. We also run decarbonization projects using eco-friendly agricultural inputs, playing a key role in addressing global environmental challenges. ＃Team Structure: General Manager – Deputy General Manager – Members (approx. 10 staff)
