Lazuli株式会社は2020年7月設立のスタートアップで、企業のプロダクトデータを統合、整備し、データ/AI活用を支援するSaaS「Lazuli PDP」を提供しています。高度なAI/ML技術により、商品データの収集、構造化、連携を可能にし、製造・小売業のデジタル化を促進します。Lazuli PDPは、複雑なデータ処理を自動化し、部門間のデータサイロを解消します。企業が一貫性ある商品情報を提供できることで、顧客体験の向上とデータ活用の最適化に貢献しています。

◼︎ポジションについて

サーバーサイドエンジニアはプロダクト開発チームに所属し、フロントエンドエンジニアやデザイナーと協働しながら当社製品「Lazuli PDP®」の開発・実装を担当します。

現在、当社の製品はまだ生まれたばかり。現在、0（ゼロ）ベースで創っているフェーズにあります。
フロントエンドエンジニアを初めとするプロダクト開発チームが、ビジネス部門を通じて知り得た顧客ニーズに応えられるよう、機能の開発・実装を目指すなか、その仕組みが実際に機能し、かつ製品としてスケールするよう実現することが当ポジションのミッションです。

当社製品の導入を検討されているお客様にとって、機能の有無や製品の使いやすさが意思決定に影響するケースも多く、プレッシャーを感じる場面もありますが、実装した機能がお客様に喜ばれ、新規顧客の獲得へとつながった際には、非常に大きな喜びと達成感を感じられることが、当ポジションのやりがいです。

当社製品はGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) を基盤にして開発していますが、
「最新機能はどんどん取り入れて開発していこう」というチームの方針があるため、

• 当社製品Lazuli PDP®のバックエンド機能 / バッチ処理等の新規開発、改修、運用、保守
• プロダクト仕様に関するドキュメントの整備
• 仕様検討、デザイナー、フロントエンドエンジニアとの協働など
  また、チームミーティングや勉強会でナレッジを共有いただくことで、プロダクト開発チームの技術力向上にも貢献いただくことを期待しております。

◼︎About the Position

The backend engineer will belong to the product development team and will be responsible for the development and implementation of our product "Lazuli PDP" in collaboration with front-end engineers, solution engineers and designers.

Currently, our product is still in its infancy—we are in the development phase of building the system from scratch.

The mission of this position is to ensure that the systems actually function and scale as a product, while the product development team, including front-end engineers, works to develop and implement features that meet customer needs identified through the business division.

For potential customers considering adopting our product, the availability of features and product usability often influence their decision-making. While there can be pressure in such situations, the reward of this position lies in the immense joy and sense of accomplishment felt when implemented features delight customers and lead to the acquisition of new clients.

Our product is developed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and the team has a policy of "actively incorporating the latest technologies into development." This means there is the enjoyment of having your own ideas for "leveraging the latest features" directly reflected in feature implementations.

Specific Responsibilities:

• New development, modification, operation, and maintenance of backend features / batch processing for our product Lazuli PDP
• Maintaining documentation related to product specifications
• Specification review, collaboration with designers and front-end engineers, etc.

Additionally, we expect you to contribute to improving the technical capabilities of the product development team by sharing knowledge through team meetings and study sessions.

以下いずれかのご経験

• API または Web アプリケーションの開発、運用経験
• Go、Python、TypeScriptなどの1つ以上のプログラミング言語によるソフトウェア開発の経験 (3年以上が望ましい)
• リレーショナルデータベースの理解 (標準SQLの操作等) とスキーマ設計

◼︎言語要件：

• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）
• 英語（抵抗のない程度）
  • 英語の読み書きに抵抗がなく、テキストベースでのコミュニケーション（Slack・ドキュメント等）が可能な方
  • スピーキング／リスニングは入社時点では必須ではありません
  • 英語を使用する環境に対して前向きに取り組める方
    ※社内にはバイリンガルのマネージャーが在籍しており、必要に応じてサポートを行います

Experience in any of the following:

• Developing and operating APIs or web applications
• Software development using one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java (preferably 3+ years)
• Understanding of relational databases (standard SQL operations, etc.) and schema design

◼︎Languages:

• English (business level)
• Japanese (conversational level preferred)
  • Japanese proficiency is not required at the time of joining.
  • As some internal documents and meetings are conducted in Japanese, candidates should be comfortable working in a Japanese-language environment.
  • Candidates should be able to proactively catch up on information using translation tools and other available resources.
    ※Bilingual managers are available to provide support as needed.

• AWS、GCP、Microsoft Azureなどパブリッククラウドを用いたインフラ構築経験

• RDBのチューニング経験

• アジャイル開発におけるチーム開発経験

• Docker、Kubernetes を用いたサーバー構築 / 運用経験

• Terraformを使ったオペレーション経験

• GitHub ActionsなどのツールによるCI/CDパイプラインの構築経験

• 型付き言語(Go, Rust, Java, Scala等)でのWebアプリケーション開発経験

• ER図の作成およびレビュー経験

• B2B SaaS領域のサービス開発経験

• ゼロからの新規システム設計経験

• 技術に関する調査や意思決定の経験

• Auth0などの認証システムの利用経験

• Experience building infrastructure using public clouds such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure

• Experience tuning relational databases

• Team development experience in agile development

• Experience building / operating servers using Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with operations using Terraform

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions

• Experience developing web applications in statically typed languages (Go, Rust, Java, Scala, etc.)

• Experience creating and reviewing ERDs

• Experience designing new systems from scratch

• Experience developing services in the B2B SaaS domain

• Experience in technical research and decision-making

• Experience with authentication systems such as Auth0
