Moriは生活の中の会話を文字起こし・要約し、1日の終わりには会話や出来事を1ページの日記にまとめるプロダクトです。
STTとLLMの技術を組み合わせることで、単純な議事録アプリではなく、日常を振り返ることをより楽しく、そして日々の生活をより大切に過ごすきっかけを与えることを目指しています。
ウェアラブルハードウェアの開発から、LLMを活用したバックエンド、振り返る意味のある日記を表現するフロントエンドと、一貫したプロダクト体験の設計が求められます。
LLMを使うことでどんな新しいコンシューマー体験を生み出すことができるかを日々探索しています。
我々はまず北米マーケットを対象にグローバルでの展開を行います。日本ベースのチームが生み出す新しい体験を世界へ発信するチームメンバーを募集しています。

Mori is a product that transcribes and summarizes everyday conversations, then compiles the day's conversations and events into a one-page diary at the end of each day.
By combining STT and LLM technologies, we aim to go beyond a simple meeting-notes app — making it more enjoyable to reflect on your day and inspiring you to live each day more intentionally.
From developing wearable hardware to building an LLM-powered backend and a frontend that presents diaries worth reflecting on, we design a cohesive end-to-end product experience.
Every day, we explore what new consumer experiences can be created with LLMs.
We are launching globally, starting with the North American market. We are looking for team members to bring new experiences created by our Japan-based team to the world.

ポジションについて / About the Position

Moriのプロダクト体験全体をデザインするLead Product Designerを募集しています。
クロスプラットフォーム上でのLLMが生成する日記・要約・気づきといったコンテンツをユーザーにとって自然で心地よい体験に仕上げることがミッションです。
プロダクトチームのコアメンバーとして、ユーザーリサーチから情報設計、UIデザイン、プロトタイピング、リリースまでを一気通貫で担います。
デザインツールでの検討にとどまらず、CursorやClaude CodeなどのAIツールを活用してコードベースで高速にプロトタイプを作り、アイデアを素早く形にして検証することを重視しています。

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape the entire product experience of Mori.
Your mission is to turn LLM-generated content — diaries, summaries, and insights — into a natural, delightful experience for users across platforms.
As a core member of the product team, you will own the full design process end-to-end, from user research and information architecture to UI design, prototyping, and release.
We value going beyond design tools — leveraging AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to rapidly build code-based prototypes and validate ideas quickly.

• プロダクトデザイン全般: ユーザーリサーチ、情報設計、UI/UXデザイン、プロトタイピングまでを一気通貫で担当する。
• 高速なプロトタイピング: CursorやClaude CodeなどのAIツールを活用し、コードベースでインタラクティブなプロトタイプを素早く構築。アイデアの検証サイクルを高速化する。
• AIコンテンツの体験設計: LLMが生成する日記・要約・インサイトを、ユーザーにとって自然で価値のある形で届けるUIとインタラクションを設計する。

• 3+ years of design experience in mobile apps or consumer products, with end-to-end ownership from concept to release.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma. Experience designing and maintaining component-based design systems.
• Experience conducting user research — improving designs based on interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with pixel-level attention to detail.
• Experience working closely with engineers — understanding implementation constraints and finding the optimal balance between design and technology.
