■ About the role You will be a customer success of "BaseMe". "BaseMe" is a scout-type new graduate recruitment platform where you can meet high-class students who have a vision and energy to "do something good for society. Although the product has only been available for two years, the number of registered students has already exceeded 6,000 and 100 companies, ranging from large corporations to venture companies, have already adopted the service. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team to support the rapid increase in the number of companies using our service and the expansion of our support area.
