The Mission
We are building Zeroboard’s cognitive engine—a serverless AI platform that connects our customer data (Slack, Meets, Salesforce, Jira, GA4, etc.) with Generative AI to give our Customer Success team "right context, at the right time". You will be the primary builder working directly with the VP of Data & AI to turn this architectural vision into a deployed reality.

What You Will Build (First 6 Months)
・The Data Foundation: Architect and deploy the "Customer 360" warehouse in BigQuery. You will configure serverless pipelines (using BigQuery Data Transfer Service & Application Integration) to ingest live data from various sources.
・The AI Layer: Build and orchestrate Vertex AI Agents that can "chat" with our data. You will write the system prompts, set up the Vector Search for our PDF documents (PRDs/SAQs), and ensure the agents don't hallucinate.
・The Glue: Write efficient Python Cloud Functions and Cloud Run services to handle "messy" tasks—parsing meeting transcripts from Google Drive or triggering webhooks based on churn risk signals.
・The Interface: Set up Looker Studio dashboards that serve as the frontend for our internal teams, connecting them directly to your BigQuery models.

・A "Cloud Native" Builder: You don't want to manage servers. You know when to use a Managed Service (like Pub/Sub or Dataflow) versus writing a custom script. You are comfortable with Terraform to keep our infrastructure reproducible.
・Data Polyglot: You are fluent in SQL (for BigQuery transformation) and Python (for the glue code). You understand that "Clean Data" is 80% of the AI battle.
・GenAI Curious: You may not be an LLM researcher, but you are eager to get your hands dirty with Gemini/Vertex AI, Prompt Engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns.
・Startup Scrappy: You prioritize "Time to Value." You’d rather ship a working v1 in a week using a low-code integration than spend a month building a perfect custom ETL framework.
