We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to work on product development across the board to continuously improve Yoii Fuel, our already launched main product and to develop new products that we plan to develop in the future.

Main responsibilities

User Interface (UI) Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency in design elements, typography, and branding.

User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform the design process. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to optimize user journeys.

Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback, identify pain points, and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction.

Design Documentation: Create design specifications, style guides, and design system components to maintain design consistency throughout the software.

About the product

Yoii Fuel is a Fintech service that provides a new option for startups to raise funds. Yoii Fuel receives customers' financial data, analyzes the data, develops a credit model, and provides funding to customers based on the credit model. Currently, we are launching a function that links with a client's accounting software via API to assess financial data, but in the future, we aim to improve usability by absorbing customer feedback.

In the future, we also plan to develop a system to streamline the internal operation flow (submission of financial data → scoring (assessment) → provision of funds → repayment) to achieve "faster" and "more frequent" customer usage, as well as to develop new services in the future. We are planning to develop systems and launch new services in the future.

主な業務内容

• ユーザビリティテスト：ユーザビリティテストを企画・実施し、フィードバックを収集して課題を特定し、ユーザー満足度向上のためにデザインを改善・反復します。

• デザインドキュメンテーション：デザイン仕様書、スタイルガイド、デザインシステムのコンポーネントを作成し、ソフトウェア全体でのデザインの一貫性を維持します。

プロダクトについて

Yoii Fuelは、スタートアップに新たな資金調達の選択肢を提供するフィンテックサービスです。Yoii Fuelは顧客の財務データを受領・分析し、クレジットモデルを構築し、そのモデルに基づいて資金提供を行います。現在、APIを通じてクライアントの会計ソフトと連携し、財務データを評価する機能をローンチしていますが、今後は顧客からのフィードバックを取り入れ、ユーザビリティの向上を目指しています。

今後は、社内の業務フロー（財務データの提出 → スコアリング（審査） → 資金提供 → 返済）を効率化するシステムを開発し、「より速く」「より頻繁に」顧客に利用してもらえる仕組みの実現を目指すとともに、新たなサービスの開発も計画しています。将来的には、システム開発および新サービスのローンチを予定しています。
