【Background】
Xfound operates across multiple businesses, including Study&Cafe Titan, used car sales, car leasing, wellness/relaxation, and a golf studio.
This time, we are looking for an English Conversation Instructor to lead English conversation sessions for students and members at Study&Cafe Titan at least once a week.
We're hoping to hear from candidates who can go beyond simple language instruction and bring genuine cross-cultural exchange and cultural guidance into the room, drawing on their own experience living in an English-speaking country/region.

【Role & Responsibilities】

• Lead an English conversation session at Study&Cafe Titan at least once a week.
• Plan and facilitate conversation-based lessons suited to the students’ ages and English levels.
• Share cultural insights, customs, and everyday experiences from the English-speaking country or region where you have lived.
• Create a friendly, low-pressure environment where students feel comfortable speaking English.
• Coordinate with Xfound staff regarding scheduling, student needs, and lesson content.
• Xfound staff will support class administration, scheduling, and other operational matters, so you can focus primarily on lesson planning and instruction.

• Someone reliable who can commit to leading a weekly session.
• Someone who communicates proactively and works collaboratively with the Xfound team.

• Experience living in an English-speaking country or region, with the ability to share firsthand knowledge of its culture, customs, and everyday life.
• Conversational-level Japanese; business-level proficiency is not required.
• Ability to lead English conversation sessions independently and adapt activities to students of different ages and English levels.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.

• Experience teaching English conversation or working with students or children.
• Experience with or a strong interest in Japanese culture and cross-cultural communication.
• Interests, skills, or hobbies that can be incorporated into lessons, such as music, sports, cooking, or travel.
