私たちは、2つの事業を展開しています。
1つは、日本発の汎用人工知能（AGI）の実現。従来のような巨大なモデルを全利用者に一律に提供するのではなく、利用者に合わせて独自に成長する「遍在型AGI」の実現を目指しています。
もう1つは、遍在型AGIの特性を活かした生活者向けグローバルプロダクトの構築です。2026年1月に国内最大規模の100億円規模の初回資金調達を完了し、博報堂DYグループとの資本業務提携を経て、研究開発並びにプロダクト開発を加速しています。

ポジションの意義・背景

遍在型AGIという高度な知能を、ユーザーが最も身近に、そして直感的に体験するための接点となるのがiOSアプリです。本ポジションは、その体験を支えるモバイル基盤全体に責任を持つStaff Engineerの役割を担います。
個別の機能開発にとどまらず、グローバル規模での信頼性・スケーラビリティ・保守性を実現するためのアーキテクチャ標準を定義し、全社的な技術課題に対してオーナーシップを発揮していただきます。AI研究開発組織が生み出す最先端のアルゴリズムを、実証されたプロダクト品質でユーザーに届けるためのモバイル基盤を築く、極めて重要なポジションです。

業務内容・期待成果

• iOSアーキテクチャ全体の設計と技術選定のリード
  • 高可用性・スケーラビリティを備え、グローバル展開に耐えるモバイルアプリのアーキテクチャを設計する
  • 長期的な保守性・拡張性を見据えた技術選定の意思決定をリードする
• システム全体の技術的負債とボトルネックの解消
  • アプリ全体のパフォーマンスボトルネックや技術的負債を特定し、難易度の高い実装・リファクタリングを通じて根本的な解決を主導する
  • クラッシュ解析・メモリ管理・オフライン対応など、モバイル特有の品質課題に責任を持つ
• AI機能のモバイル体験の最大化
  • 音声認識・画像処理などのAI機能が、モバイル上でなめらかに動作するためのパフォーマンス最適化とシームレスなUIを実現する
• 標準化・自動化の推進とエンジニアリング文化の醸成
  • CI/CD、開発プロセス、共通基盤の標準化・自動化を組織横断で推進する

About the Company

Third Intelligence is an AI research and product development company taking on the challenge of establishing AGI originating from Japan. Through the establishment of "Ubiquitous AGI (Artificial General Intelligence)"—a concept uniquely proposed by Third Intelligence—and its growth tailored to each individual, we aim to realize services that become a new foundation for society.

We are pursuing two lines of business. The first is the realization of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) originating from Japan. Rather than providing a single massive model uniformly to all users, we aim to create "Ubiquitous AGI" that grows and adapts independently for each individual user. The second is the development of a global consumer platform leveraging the unique characteristics of Ubiquitous AGI. In January 2026, we completed one of Japan's largest initial funding rounds of approximately ¥10 billion, and through a capital and business alliance with the Hakuhodo DY Group, we are accelerating both our cutting-edge AI research and product development.

Significance & Background

The iOS app is the closest, most intuitive touchpoint for users to experience Ubiquitous AGI (遍在型AGI). This is a Staff-level engineering role with ownership of the entire mobile foundation behind that experience. Beyond individual features, you will define the architectural standards for reliability, scalability, and maintainability at global scale, and take ownership of company-wide technical challenges, building the mobile foundation that delivers the AI R&D organization's cutting-edge algorithms with proven product quality.

Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes

• Lead overall iOS architecture design and technology selection: design a highly available, scalable, globally deployable mobile architecture and lead long-term technical decisions.
• Resolve system-wide technical debt and bottlenecks: identify performance bottlenecks and technical debt across the entire app and drive fundamental solutions through high-complexity implementation and refactoring; own mobile-specific quality (crash analysis, memory management, offline support).
• Maximize AI experiences on mobile: deliver performance optimization and seamless UI so AI features (speech recognition, image processing) run smoothly on device.
• Drive standardization/automation and shape engineering culture: standardize and automate CI/CD, dev processes, and shared infrastructure across the org; mentor senior and junior engineers and elevate technical standards and culture through code review.

• 10+ years of overall software development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on iOS native development and operations with Swift
• Deep knowledge of iOS standard libraries, UI component customization, and complex async/state management design
• Product mindset rooted in the Human Interface Guidelines (HIG)
• Leadership to drive technical consensus among complex stakeholders and deliver high-uncertainty projects
• Embed AI-native quality standards across the team, holding AI generated code to the same or higher standards as human code
• Lead AI-native engineering practices such as spec-driven design and agentic workflows
