＃Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development professional to join our Agri-Innovation Division, where you will lead initiatives aimed at environmental conservation in agriculture and the realization of regenerative farming practices. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business models and launching services that support sustainable, environmentally conscious agriculture by leveraging cutting-edge technologies in the agricultural sector. ＃Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of climate-tech and agri-tech businesses with global scalability Design and implement partnerships with corporations and international organizations Create business proposals and contracts, including those in English Conduct research and analysis on agricultural policies, market trends, and regulatory frameworks, both in Japan and globally Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, delivering presentations as needed #Highlights Take the lead in launching Japan-origin businesses on a global stage Gain direct experience in international projects with real impact Work on the front lines of tackling global environmental and climate challenges ＃About the Agri-Innovation Division: Our division leverages advanced technologies to promote environmental conservation in agriculture and realize regenerative farming. We support sustainable farming through land segmentation and soil chemical analysis, contribute to GHG reduction, and operate carbon credit initiatives. We also run decarbonization projects using eco-friendly agricultural inputs, playing a key role in addressing global environmental challenges. ＃Team Structure: General Manager – Deputy General Manager – Members (approx. 10 staff)

＃Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or launching new business initiatives Proficiency in English for business proposal writing, presentations, and negotiations (TOEIC 850+ or equivalent) Experience managing B2B clients and solving complex problems in a professional setting Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse, multicultural teams
