■ Role Overview
────────
We are hiring a senior strategic leader to drive integration and value creation of new businesses in Korea. While Post-Merger Integration (PMI) experience is a plus, we prioritize strong strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and exceptional communication skills over formal integration background.
This role will operate at the center of business decision-making, working closely with leadership to shape direction, align stakeholders, and ensure execution excellence. And this role is expected to lead the entire KR business eventually.

給与
Annual Salary:
8,000,000 - 10,000,000 JPY
Monthly Salary System(In compliance with Japanese law):
• Fixed Overtime Allowance: Monthly salary includes fixed overtime pay for up to 40 hours.
• Overtime Pay for Excess Hours: Additional overtime pay will be provided for any work exceeding
• 40 hours per month, calculated based on the following premium rates:
┗Overtime (within 60 hours/month): 25%
┗Overtime (exceeding 60 hours/month): 50%
┗Work on non-statutory holidays: 25%
┗Work on statutory holidays: 35%
┗Late-night work: 25%
Salary Breakdown (Examples):
Example 1: Annual Income 8,000,000 JPY,(Base Salary: 457,000 JPY,Fixed Overtime Allowance (40 hours): 145,000 JPY,Remote Work Allowance: 5,000 JPY)
Example 2: Annual Income 10,000,000 JPY(Base Salary: 573,000 JPY,Fixed Overtime Allowance (40 hours): 181,000 JPY,Remote Work Allowance: 5,000 JPY)
*For those in statutory management/supervisory positions, a separate breakdown of conditions will be provided.
Salary Revision:
• Twice a year (February and August)
• Revisions are based on evaluations conducted in accordance with the personnel evaluation system.

• Final conditions will be determined individually, taking into overall account your previous experience, skills, achievements, and evaluation through the selection process.
