We are looking for members to lead the front-end area to continue to accelerate business growth/product growth. With the development of new products in addition to the existing product "MicoCloud" in progress, we need front-end members for each development team. You will be responsible for driving the front-end development of the product you are in charge of while communicating with the PdMs and designers on the team. We are looking for you to help design/implement front-end architecture that takes into account future functionality enhancements, realize highly usable UI/UX, and maintain design guidelines. We have a lot of things we want to work on in the future, so this is a phase where you can be involved in a variety of things with discretion. We are looking for someone who can lead a team and be involved in the development of "MicoCloud". We would like you to lead the development practice and contribute to the success/growth of the product. We are also looking for someone who can work with us to create an environment in which engineers can maximize their activities, such as building a development organization team and, depending on your interests, constructing a hiring and training structure.
