■ポジション概要
アセットマネジメント領域のフロントオフィス人材を専門とするAMFOチームにて、日系クライアントを担当するタレントコーディネーターを1名募集します。コンサルタントと連携しながら、候補者へのアプローチとフォローアップ、未公開求人のご案内を担当していただきます。金融業界に興味があり、人の人生に深く関わる仕事に挑戦したい方をお待ちしています。

■チーム紹介
AMFOチームは、資産運用会社のフロントオフィス職に特化した金融サーチの専門チームです。ご支援する候補者の中心は、年収1,000万円前後の金融プロフェッショナルです。経験豊富で選択肢の多い方々だからこそ、一人ひとりに合った情報と、丁寧で継続的なフォローを大切にしています。

■チーム体制（新メンバーを迎えて6名体制）
・マネージャー：1名
・コンサルタント：2名
・タレントコーディネーター責任者：1名
・タレントコーディネーター：1名＋1名（今回の募集）

■仕事内容
日々の中心は、候補者への電話アプローチと、既存候補者との関係づくりです。
・候補者サーチ・ソーシング（コア業務）：金融業界の候補者に、主に電話でアプローチします（必要に応じてLinkedIn・メールも活用）
・既存候補者との関係構築・フォローアップ：継続的に連絡を取り、未公開求人のご案内につなげます
・面接スケジュール調整および進捗管理
・事務・アドホック業務：議事録作成、データ管理、リサーチチームとの連携など
※各業務にKPIはありますが、あくまで目安です。最も重視するのは、粘り強く取り組む姿勢と継続的な成長です。

With 21 years of experience in the industry, we joined the Linkties Group in April 2026 and are entering a new phase of growth.

■Position Overview
We are looking for one Talent Coordinator to join our AMFO (Asset Management Front Office) team, serving Japanese clients in the asset management sector. Working closely with our consultants, you will be responsible for reaching out to and following up with candidates, and introducing them to non-public opportunities. We welcome those who are interested in the financial industry and want to take on work that makes a real difference in people's careers.

■About the Team
The AMFO team is a specialized financial search team focused on front-office roles at asset management firms. Most of the candidates we support are financial professionals earning around JPY 10 million annually. Because they are experienced and have many options, we value providing tailored information and attentive, ongoing follow-up.

• Talent Coordinators: 1 + 1 (this opening)

■Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day work will center on reaching out to candidates by phone and building relationships with existing candidates.

• Candidate search and sourcing (core role): Approaching candidates in the financial industry, mainly by phone (using LinkedIn and email as needed)
• Relationship building and follow-up: Staying in regular contact with candidates and introducing them to non-public opportunities
• Scheduling interviews and managing progress
• Administrative and ad hoc support: Taking meeting minutes, managing data, and coordinating with the research team
  *KPIs are set for each task, but they serve as guidelines rather than strict targets. What we value most is perseverance and continuous growth.

・日本語：ネイティブレベル（読み・書き・会話）
　日本語のビジネスメールを、違和感のない自然な表現で作成できる方
・英語：日常会話レベル（英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方）
・社会人経験3年以上
・電話営業、または人材業界・営業職でのご経験

• Native-level Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
  Ability to write natural, professional business emails in Japanese
• Conversational English (comfortable communicating in English)
• At least 3 years of professional work experience
• Experience in telephone sales, or in the recruitment industry or a sales role

● B2B solution sales experience (SaaS, intangible products, leasing, etc.)
