We are building a comprehensive travel arrangement team that goes beyond individual experiences to handle accommodations, transportation, and fully tailored itineraries, creating a seamless end-to-end journey for every guest.

・Create, propose, and arrange customized travel itineraries
・Respond to guest and partner inquiries
・Manage payments and transactions using international payment systems
・Enter and maintain data across our internal systems
・Create and refine operational manuals

・Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, OR aviation industries or one of the following:
　- Guest-facing experience in the hospitality industry (leisure, food & beverage, etc.)
　- Experience as a sales assistant in consulting or an executive assistant
・Professional experience using English and Japanese

・Experience in guest services (e.g., hotel front desk, concierge)
・Knowledge of itinerary management or the travel industry
・Experience arranging transportation and accommodations
・A genuine passion for travel, gastronomy, and cultural experiences
