■Job Description: Configuration management is a technical and administrative process that ensures consistent identification, documentation, maintenance, and availability of the functional and physical characteristics of all components throughout the entire lifecycle of a rocket system—from design and manufacturing to testing and operation. In simple terms, the goal of this role is to establish a framework that removes reliance on individual memory or ad-hoc management, enabling anyone to accurately and consistently understand the current and historical configuration of the system. This includes not only the present setup but also past design states and test-phase configurations. ■Key Responsibilities: ・Identify, track, and document the configuration information of rockets and related systems ・Manage different versions such as design changes and test configurations ・Establish and operate rules for configuration identification linked to serial and batch numbers ・Coordinate with designers, manufacturing, and testing teams to define configuration management policies ・Select PLM systems and build operational frameworks using in-house tools ・Ensure consistency with quality assurance and technical documentation Note: Job duties may be subject to change in accordance with company needs

必須スキル

・Practical experience in configuration management, engineering change management, or document control in a manufacturing environment (e.g., version control of BOMs and drawings, tracking of design changes) ・Understanding of product development and design workflows, with experience coordinating information across multiple departments such as design, manufacturing, testing, and quality ・Ability to comprehend technical documents (e.g., drawings, specifications, change orders) and accurately record, manage, and cross-reference them ・Strong attention to data consistency and accuracy, with a diligent and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks

歓迎スキル

・Experience in the development of complex and high-reliability products in industries such as aerospace, automotive, railway, or heavy machinery ・Experience in managing identification of system components, including model numbers, serial numbers, and version control ・Experience designing and operating engineering change processes (ECR/ECO), including approval workflows ・Experience in structuring and improving document and design information management systems (e.g., drawings, specifications, test records) ・Proficiency in using management tools such as Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, filter management) ・Experience in implementing and operating PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems

給与

Estimated Annual Salary: JPY 6,080,000 – JPY 9,020,000 Monthly Salary: JPY 507,000 – JPY 752,000 Breakdown of Monthly Salary: ・Base Salary: JPY 374,000 – JPY 556,000 ・Fixed Overtime Pay: JPY 133,000 – JPY 196,000 Additional Information: ・Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime pay per month; additional overtime will be compensated in full ・Final salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications ・Salary review: Twice a year (March and September)

■Working Hours & Schedule: ・Flextime system with no core hours ・No fixed start or end time ・Settlement period: 1 month ・Flexible working hours: 05:00 – 22:00 ・Standard working hours: 8 hours per day ・Overtime work may be required depending on business needs ・Break time: 60 minutes per day ■Holidays & Leave: ・Days off: Five-day workweek (Saturday and Sunday off), national holidays, January 2 and 3 ・More than 120 days off per year ・Paid leave: 10 days of annual paid leave granted on the date of joining, summer leave (2 days) ・Other leave: Marriage, bereavement, maternity, childcare, family care, and nursing care leave

試用期間

There is a 3-month probation period. Salary and conditions remain the same during this period.
