■Job Description: You will be responsible for various analysis tasks and the creation of system specifications related to the technical design of the entire rocket system. ■Key Responsibilities (examples): ・Design of rocket systems, integration and optimization of subsystems (including trajectory analysis, dynamics analysis, load analysis, modal vibration analysis, GNC design, and safety design) ・Definition and allocation of design requirements for subsystems such as propulsion, structures, mechanisms, avionics, and communication systems ・Coordination and management of subsystem specifications and interface definitions ・Evaluation of design trade-offs and analysis of technical risks ・Collaboration with the Project Management Office to balance technical objectives, schedules, and cost ・Preparation of technical documents, development plans, specifications, and verification materials Mission of the System Group: The System Group is responsible for defining the functions and performance that a rocket must fulfill to achieve its launch mission, and for verifying that the designed and manufactured vehicle meets those requirements as a complete system. A liquid-propellant launch vehicle is composed of numerous elements, including engines, tanks, structural components, control mechanisms, avionics, and communication systems. These components often involve conflicting requirements and complex design constraints. Additionally, it is essential to satisfy the demands of satellite operators (our customers) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The System Group takes a holistic view of these aspects, working closely with component engineers to determine system specifications and to validate functionality and performance—ensuring that the overall rocket system is optimally designed and mission-ready. ・Bachelor’s-level knowledge in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or software engineering ・Experience in numerical simulation using tools such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB ・Basic knowledge of rocket systems, or a strong willingness to learn ・Ability to develop well-balanced designs in large-scale or complex projects

・Experience in developing complex hardware systems such as spacecraft or transport machinery ・Experience in systems engineering or project management (regardless of project size) ・Experience in collaborative software development using Git ・Practical experience or knowledge of reliability engineering methodologies such as FMEA or FTA ・Understanding of integrated design across multiple domains (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software)
