In 2018, we launched "Porker," a comprehensive farm management system for swine producers.

Are you aware of the "Protein Crisis"? By 2027, global demand for protein is expected to outpace supply. By 2040, it is predicted that conventional meat's market share will drop to 40%, largely replaced by cell-cultured and plant-based alternatives. We are committed to protecting "real meat" and securing a sustainable supply for the future.

Our flagship solution, Porker, empowers farmers through ICT-driven visualization and AI-powered production management. This ecosystem includes the world's first practical AI-driven Pig Weight Measurement Camera (ABC). Currently, approximately 14% of all pork produced in Japan is managed using Porker.

To truly revolutionize the global swine industry, we are entering a new phase: scaling our proven AI and IoT products to the world. International markets require a flexible and rapid approach to navigate diverse business customs and decision-making processes.

We are looking for a Business Development professional to spearhead our expansion, starting with the US market. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to launch a global business from the ground up and lead major projects with high autonomy.

◼️Responsibilities
As a member of the Global Business Development team, you will lead the following initiatives in the US market:
・Identify and develop new customers and strategic partnerships in the US.
・Partner with clients to identify pain points, deliver value, and execute the full sales cycle.
・Analyze customer feedback and local market insights to provide strategic internal feedback.
・Design KPIs and drive the process toward Product-Market Fit (PMF).
・Note: Includes international travel and on-site client visits.

・Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
・Native-level English proficiency.
・Must currently possess a valid work visa or authorization to work in the United States.
