【Overview】
ClaN is seeking a Creative Director to lead the creative vision and execution of our global VTuber project, IZIGENIA, which is primarily targeted at the North American market.

You will oversee a wide range of creative content, including livestreams, social media assets, and promotional visuals. In this role, you'll manage production workflows from planning to delivery while coordinating closely with internal teams, talents, and external partners across regions.

IZIGENIA is a Japan-born VTuber project aiming to expand globally through character-driven IP. With a strong emphasis on engaging North American fans, we are looking for someone who can bridge cultures, inspire teams, and elevate the creative output of the project from its early phases.

We welcome candidates who bring not only creative leadership but also strong organizational skills and cross-cultural communication abilities.

《Specific Responsibilities》
・Oversee creative production schedules and workflows for livestreams, video content, and social media assets
・Lead collaboration with directors, designers, talents, and other internal/external partners to ensure quality and consistency
・Manage localization (JP / EN) and ensure global content standards are met
・Coordinate with external vendors and production partners to ensure timely delivery
・Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment and transparency in production processes
・Contribute to process improvement through documentation, workflow optimization, and cross-team coordination

・Based in Japan. Remote work is allowed (minimum one day per week in-office required).

Our company is an entertainment company that connects the virtual and real worlds, primarily focusing on VTubers. Our slogan is "Entertainment that changes lives." We were founded on April 1, 2022, as a spin-off of a major commercial TV station's VTuber business.

Leveraging the power of television and the internet, we primarily develop our Metaverse TV Show and Metaverse Live businesses, which create new entertainment centered on virtual content in the virtual space. We also have a VTuber Network business that supports the activities of VTubers.

We're expanding V-Clan, one of the world's largest VTuber networks with about 300 VTubers, and developing it as a YouTube MCN originating from a TV station. We use our unique strengths to support the activities of our creators.

《Metaverse Content Business》
We leverage the planning and production capabilities of the Nippon Television Group, along with our extensive experience in virtual content, to create terrestrial TV programs, streaming shows, and real-life events that utilize the metaverse.

《Metaverse Solution Business》
By combining our strengths in "creativity" and "media," we provide optimal promotional strategies for products and services. We do this through content creation using the metaverse and video tie-ups with VTubers.

《Requirements》
・Business-level English proficiency (both verbal and written)
・Experience in content planning and production coordination
・Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating business documents and presentation materials

《Preferred》
・Experience contributing to the global expansion of IP-based businesses
・Experience working on international projects within the entertainment industry
・Experience in planning and producing events or digital content
・Professional background in the influencer industry (e.g., MCNs, talent management agencies)
・Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, Korean)
