We partner with founders to unlock long-term growth and build enduring category leaders. ■ Role Overview ──────── We are hiring a senior strategic leader to drive integration and value creation of new businesses in Korea. While Post-Merger Integration (PMI) experience is a plus, we prioritize strong strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and exceptional communication skills over formal integration background. This role will operate at the center of business decision-making, working closely with leadership to shape direction, align stakeholders, and ensure execution excellence.
