【Responsibilities】
Your primary role and responsibility is to establish and expand our business in the Philippines, starting from the ground up. This includes:
■Acquisition of appointments through inbound leads.
■Obtaining appointments with major companies through outbound methods (cold mail, cold call and etc.)
■Receiving orders through negotiation and close the deals.
■Conducting exhibitions.

【Responsibilities】
Your primary role and responsibility is to establish and expand our business in the Philippines, starting from the ground up. This includes:
■Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other sales tools.
■Conduct thorough research to understand customers' needs, pain points, and challenges.
■Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
■Set up appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
■Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
■Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
■Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

【Job Description】
■General Administrative Tasks:
・Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the office.
・Acceptance of new employees and support for various loaned items
■Coordination with Head Office:
・Act as a liaison between the local office and the head office in Japan, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
■Documentation Management:
・Handle basic documentation needs, both internal and external, to maintain organized records and facilitate efficient operations.
■Sales Team Support:
・Provide valuable support to the sales team, with a particular focus on translation tasks between Thai and English or Thai and Japanese, and arrange the appointment schedule with the sales team.

【Job Description】
As the first Global Marketing Specialist, you will be engaged in activities to acquire leads for our in-house product, KANNA, and enhance the purchasing intent of acquired leads.
■ Job Responsibilities
・Develop and execute marketing strategies
・Analyze and research the market landscape, select the customer targets based on the results. ※As for now we are primarily considering Asia and the Middle East, but you will be involved in strategic planning and discussions with the Business Development Manager about which countries or regions to focus on as the main targets.
・Establish of all KPIs in marketing
・Lead acquisition through digital marketing, and field marketing (exhibitions, events, etc.)
・Create the negotiation opportunities through the planning and operation of webinars
・Implement lead nurturing through CRM initiatives, etc.
・Plan the direction of materials related to marketing initiatives and sales support (landing pages, banners, videos, sales materials, etc.)

- Establish sales strategies to expand our customer leads and agency partners base and achieve targets for Thailand.
- Develop relationships with local C-level stakeholders (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO, etc.) for all product sales to meet or exceed business objectives and targets.
- Identify customers' needs and challenges by leading acquisition and advising KANNA’s business capabilities.
- Working with Japan headquarter and collaborating with cross functional partnerships such as Solution Consultants, Solution Specialists, Customer Success, Partners, Marketing, etc.
- Plan and execute regional events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives, etc.
- Drive the business expansion by recruiting local team members and perform as a resourceful account executive, and potentially to step to a sales leader in the near future.

■Content Ideation and Planning:
・Generate creative ideas for video content that resonate with the target audience.
・Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align video content with overall brand strategy.
■Scripting and Storyboarding:
・Develop compelling scripts and storyboards that effectively convey the intended message.
・Ensure scripts align with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
■Editing and Post-Production:
・Record actual application UI and Edit video content using industry-standard software to produce polished and engaging final products.
・Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and sound elements as needed.
■Content Optimization:
・Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance video content quality.
・Optimize videos for various platforms and formats, considering SEO and engagement metrics.
■Collaboration:
