【ROLE OVERVIEW】
We’re looking for a Country Manager Candidate (CMC) in Thailand to spearhead the expansion of our flagship product, KANNA. This is a unique opportunity for a sales-driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to build our business in Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar. You will initially be hired as a CMC and, upon achieving key performance milestones, promoted to Country Manager with full oversight of these markets and local teams.

・Sales-Focused Leadership: Drive top-line revenue growth by winning new enterprise clients in multiple countries.
・Strategic Ownership: Devise and execute go-to-market strategies, establish partnerships, and build local operations across Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
・Team Building: Recruit, develop, and lead the local sales and marketing teams.
・Performance Marketing: Leverage performance marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing specialists to ensure rapid product adoption.
・Career Advancement: Formal promotion to Country Manager once performance metrics are met.
・Attractive Compensation: ~250,000 THB/month base salary + performance bonuses + stock options.
【RESPONSIBILITIES】
1. Sales Growth & Targets
・Own sales quotas for Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar, driving aggressive new business acquisition for KANNA across these markets.
・Develop a robust sales pipeline, nurture leads, and close deals with enterprise-level customers in industries such as construction, manufacturing, medical, telecommunication, energy, and real estate.
・Formulate and execute strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
2. Market Strategy & Execution
・Build and implement go-to-market plans aligned with Aldagram HQ objectives, ensuring rapid adoption of KANNA in each target country.
・Analyze market trends and competitor activities; continuously adapt tactics to maintain a competitive edge in multiple territories.
3. Business Development Development & Partnerships
Identify and secure strategic partnerships, channel relationships, and reseller networks to maximize market penetration across all five countries.
Collaborate with local industry associations, attend relevant events, and represent KANNA to elevate brand visibility.
4. Team Recruitment & Leadership
・As the business scales, recruit, onboard, and manage sales teams in Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
・Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the success of each local team.
・Foster a high-performance culture that reflects Aldagram’s mission and values.
5. Operational & Financial Oversight
・Oversee local budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation in collaboration with Aldagram headquarters.
・Ensure compliance with local regulations, manage office operations (Bangkok opening planned in 2023), and coordinate with global support teams (finance, legal, HR).
6. Reporting & Analytics
・Track key performance metrics (e.g., MRR, ARR, pipeline coverage), providing regular updates to senior leadership.
・Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and forecast revenue accurately.
7. Customer Success & Relationship Management
・Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and success.
・Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to tailor KANNA’s solutions to local market needs.
8. Performance Marketing & Strategy Development
・Leverage performance marketing in collaboration with marketing specialists to drive user acquisition and brand awareness across all territories.
・Manage, analyze, and refine marketing strategies based on feedback and performance data to optimize ROI.
・Coordinate marketing efforts, share market insights, and co-develop campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
9. Promotion to Country Manager
・Achieve defined revenue and operational milestones during the CMC phase.
・Upon meeting performance targets, you will be promoted to Country Manager with broader scope, increased compensation, and full responsibility for Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.

【Requirement】
1. Language & Communication
・Native-level Thai (written and spoken).
・Business Development-level English for HQ communication and regional collaboration.
2. Sales & Leadership Experience
・8+ years in B2B software/SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
・Experience managing a 10+ person team or leading a sales division with proven success.
・Ability to drive complex enterprise sales cycles with C-level executives.
3. Software / SaaS Expertise
・Familiarity with SaaS business models, metrics, and enterprise solution selling methodologies.
・Ability to articulate the value of technical products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Strategic & Analytical Thinking
・Capable of developing market entry plans, setting ambitious targets, and executing against them.
・Proficient in forecasting, budgeting, and business plan creation for multiple countries.
5. Entrepreneurial Mindset
・Comfortable building from scratch and adapting in a fast-paced startup environment.
・Self-driven, hands-on approach to lead both strategy and day-to-day operations in emerging markets.
6. Team Management & Culture Building
・Passion for leading, motivating, and developing diverse teams across multiple countries.
・Proven ability to establish a collaborative and results-oriented organizational culture.
7. Performance Marketing Acumen
・Understanding of digital marketing channels, performance metrics, and campaigns to drive user acquisition.
・Capable of working with marketing specialists to optimize campaigns and resources effectively.
