【Responsibilities】
You are expected to own building the sales pipeline through inbound/outbound channels to support the revenue goals of the business.
■Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including to the prospects from in-bound marketing, cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other sales tools.
■Conduct thorough research to understand customers' needs, pain points, and challenges.
■Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
■Set up appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
■Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
■Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
■Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

【Requirement】
■Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative or similar role.
■Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with a track record of success in identifying and qualifying leads.
■Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects.
■Confidence in making cold calls and delivering compelling sales pitches.
■Outbound Outreach: Execute cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage in social selling to connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
■Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a strong work ethic and a competitive mindset.
■Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
■Language Skills: Native in Indonesian/Bahasa and professional English skill.
