About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled CAD Operator to support our building services projects, focusing on electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating drawings for estimation, construction, and as-built stages using AutoCAD. Key Responsibilities: ・Prepare AutoCAD drawings for electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation systems ・Create and revise drawings for estimation, construction, and as-built phases ・Update drawings based on engineers’ markups and redline comments ・Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance ・Organize and manage CAD files and project documentation ・Follow company CAD standards and project-specific requirements

Thailand will serve as a strategic hub for expanding our technology across ASEAN. About the Role: We are seeking a motivated site manager to join our growing team in Thailand. We welcome candidates who are interested in MEP infrastructure for commercial and industrial facilities and who are motivated to manage construction sites. Key Responsibilities: ・Develop and improve inspection formats used to prepare construction management documents required by clients. ・Develop and improve inspection formats for use during construction. ・Provide instructions to subcontractor foremans for document preparation and review submitted documents. ・Provide safety and inspection guidance to subcontractor workers. ・Prepare, review, and manage handover documentation and support the handover process. ・Perform project scheduling and quality control tasks. ・Ensure compliance of all construction activities with Thai regulations, safety standards, and design specifications.
