Aeterlink is a Japan-based technology company specializing in wireless power transfer (WPT) solutions and IoT system integration. The company has successfully commercialized long-range WPT technology with a range of up to 17 meters, delivering cutting-edge solutions to industries worldwide.
In Thailand, we will deploy an IoT management system using our WPT technology and wireless sensors across factories, offices, and commercial sites. By collecting real-time data such as temperature, humidity, and occupancy, the system will help reduce energy consumption and boost sales through smarter facility operations.
Thailand will serve as a strategic hub for expanding our technology across ASEAN.

About the Role:

As our projects expand across Thailand, we are seeking a dedicated BMS Designed Engineer. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building management systems for commercial facilities and data centers, with a strong drive to advance and optimize HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

・Vendor Management: Prepare implementation specifications for Niagara development partners and conduct quality assurance/verification of deliverables.
・Niagara System Development: Build stations, develop graphics, and program control logic (Wire Sheet) using the Niagara N4/AX platforms.
・Cloud Integration: Implement Cloud-to-Cloud data provisioning features utilizing Niagara Cloud.
・Retrofit Integration: Integrate legacy building equipment (HVAC, etc.) into the Niagara framework via protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
・Site Surveys: Review existing building drawings, identify communication protocols, and propose hardware/network configurations required for retrofitting.
・Commissioning & Debugging: Perform on-site communication tests, point-to-point checks, and provide operational training for building owners.
・Documentation: Create BMS technical specifications, integration manuals, point lists, and test reports.
・Network Integration: Install BMS servers and JACE controllers within existing IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and coordinate with IT departments regarding IP addresses, VLANs, and port forwarding.
・Remote Access Setup: Establish remote monitoring and maintenance environments using VPNs and secure gateways.

Key Tools

・Framework: Tridium Niagara 4 (N4) / JACE 9000
・Tools: Niagara Workbench
・Network Analysis: Wireshark (Packet Analysis)

Required experience & skill：

・At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Tridium Niagara 4 (N4) development.
・Deep knowledge of various open protocols, including BACnet IP/MSTP and Modbus TCP/RTU.
・Foundational knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems in buildings.
・Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred experience & skill:

BMS Skills

・Niagara TCP (Technical Certification Program) Certified.
・Note: Candidates without certification will receive company support to obtain it after joining.
・Knowledge of Java, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced Niagara customization.
・Experience in retrofitting, replacing, or integrating legacy BMS (e.g., Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, etc.).

Networking Skills

・In-depth understanding of IT networking protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSL/TLS.
・Hands-on experience in configuring and deploying routers, switches (L2/L3), and firewalls.
・Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with communication encryption and digital certificate management.
・Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to perform network diagnostics using packet analysis tools such as Wireshark.

Education & Language

・Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
・Basic English Proficiency (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

This role offers the opportunity to become the founding member of the engineering team in Thailand and play a central role in supporting business growth and organizational expansion. In the future, the Thailand office is expected to serve as a regional hub, taking on group-level engineering responsibilities across Thailand and the broader ASEAN region.
