■ Job Description
〈Background〉
Expanding our sales organization alongside the launch of our Philippines subsidiary.
Taking a key role in building the Philippines business from the ground up during the exciting zero-to-one growth phase.

〈Job Responsibilities〉
・Develop new business opportunities with local companies in the Philippines.
・Generate sales opportunities through exhibitions, referrals, networking, and outbound sales activities.
・Manage the entire sales cycle, including:
　　- Prospecting
　　- Customer needs analysis
　　- Solution proposals
　　- Negotiation and closing
・Collaborate with the Customer Success team to support customer satisfaction and expansion opportunities.
・Contribute to building sales strategies and processes for the Philippine market.

・フィリピン法人の設立に伴い、営業組織を拡大します。
・エキサイティングな「0 to 1（ゼロイチ）」の成長フェーズにおいて、フィリピン事業の立ち上げを第一線で担っていただく重要なポジションです。

◉ 業務内容
・フィリピン現地企業における新規ビジネスチャンスの開拓
・展示会、紹介、ネットワーキング、アウトバウンド営業などを通じた商談（営業機会）の創出
・営業プロセス全体の管理：
　 - プロスペクティング（見込み顧客の開拓）
　 - 顧客のニーズ分析
　 - ソリューション提案
　 - 交渉およびクロージング
・カスタマーサクセスチームと連携し、顧客満足度の向上とアップセル・クロスセル（契約拡大）を支援
・フィリピン市場向けの営業戦略およびプロセスの構築への貢献

■ Required
・Bachelor’s degree or higher
・At least 2 years of sales experience
・Willingness and ability to travel within the Philippines for business activities.

・2年以上の営業経験
・フィリピン国内での出張・営業活動が可能なこと（出張への意欲と対応力）

■ Preferred
・B2B sales experience
・Experience in SaaS or IT services sales
・Overseas work experience
