Translead is a SaaS startup on a mission to “lead business transformation” by helping companies build high-performing sales organizations through technology.

Its flagship product, Translead CRM, is a CRM/SFA designed to create winning sales teams. It centralizes customer data, deal information, and sales activities in the cloud, improving productivity and strengthening overall sales execution. With a strong focus on simplicity and intuitive usability, the product drives high user adoption and helps turn individually driven sales activities into organizational assets—enabling teams to achieve consistent, repeatable results.

Since its official launch in October 2023, Translead CRM has been rapidly adopted by a growing number of companies, including migrations from leading global competitors. The company is currently in a high-growth phase while preparing for an IPO. In parallel, it is accelerating its expansion into international markets, including Malaysia and South Korea.

As Translead continues to grow its customer base, it is also strengthening its business and organizational foundations in preparation for its IPO. With full-scale overseas expansion underway, the company is actively building local sales and customer acquisition structures in each target market, while further accelerating global growth and new product development.

■ Job Responsibilities
〈Background〉
・Expanding the sales team in tandem with the launch of our Vietnamese subsidiary.
・Driving local business expansion in Vietnam from the ground up, actively participating in the exciting “zero-to-one” phase.

〈Job Responsibilities〉
・Drive new business development targeting local companies in Vietnam
・Generate leads and create sales opportunities through exhibitions, referrals, and outbound prospecting
・Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying customer needs and proposing solutions to closing deals
Conduct customer follow-ups and support upsell initiatives in collaboration with the Customer Success team

主力製品である「Translead CRM」は、「勝てる営業組織をつくる」をコンセプトに開発されたCRM/SFAです。顧客情報・案件・営業活動をクラウド上で一元管理し、営業活動を属人化から組織資産へと変革します。

2023年10月の正式リリース以降、大手グローバルCRMからのリプレイスを含め多くの企業への導入が進み、現在はIPOを目指しながら、日本のみならずベトナム・マレーシア・韓国・台湾をはじめとする海外市場への展開を加速しています。

■ 業務内容
〈採用背景〉
・ベトナム法人設立に伴う営業メンバーの募集
・創業メンバーとして、0→1フェーズの事業立ち上げをリードしていただきます

〈主な業務〉
・ベトナム現地企業向け新規開拓営業
・展示会・紹介・アウトバウンド営業などを通じたリード獲得および商談創出
・顧客課題のヒアリングから提案・契約締結まで、一連の営業活動を担当
・Customer Successチームと連携し、導入後のフォローアップおよびアップセル提案を実施

■ Required
・Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
・Willingness to travel domestically within Vietnam
・Language: Business-level Japanese or English

■ 必須
・大学卒業以上
・営業経験2年以上
・ベトナム国内出張が可能な方
・日本語または英語でのビジネルレベル以上のコミュニケーションが可能な方

■ Preferred
・B2B sales experience
・Experience in SaaS or IT services sales
・International work experience or overseas exposure

■ 歓迎
・BtoB営業経験
・SaaSまたはITサービスの営業経験
・海外勤務経験または海外ビジネス経験
