You will be responsible for supporting our CFO. # Responsibilities Support the development of financial models and business plans Assist in the preparation of investor materials and pitch decks (in both Japanese and English) Coordinate communication with overseas investors and government agencies Conduct market research and competitor analysis Provide direct support to the CFO on corporate strategy and financial planning tasks #Highlights Work directly with the CFO on high-level business and capital strategy Gain exposure to international fundraising and global investor relations Play a vital role in scaling a climate-tech startup through data-driven decision-making

#Required Qualifications Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (TOEIC 900+ recommended or equivalent experience) Basic knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and strategic planning Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating financial documents and presentations Adaptability and a proactive mindset for working in a dynamic startup environment
