As we enter a more mature phase of development, we face increasingly complex architectural and user needs. We're looking for engineers who can lead core product development — from architectural design and technology selection to driving execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll also help evolve the development organization itself by addressing challenges such as technical debt management, tacit knowledge codification, and continuous productivity improvement. Additionally, we’re expanding the product for ・generative AI use cases・, ・enterprise-scale features・, and ・global markets・ — meaning your work will shape the future of TROCCO on multiple levels. ◼︎Responsibilities You will lead product development that directly contributes to business growth, including not just implementation, but also architecture design, tech decisions, and cross-functional collaboration. You will have a key role in evolving our SaaS platforms — TROCCO and COMETA — for long-term scalability and AI-era readiness. Key areas of focus include: ・Long-term product architecture, feature development, and performance improvements ・Technical decision-making and reviews (e.g., refactoring, resolving technical debt) ・Collaborating with PdMs, CSEs, QA, and others to execute on roadmap ・Improving team engineering processes, tooling, and knowledge sharing ・Mentoring junior engineers, pair programming, and code reviews ・Participating in company-wide projects for integrating generative AI into products ◼︎Why Join Us as a Software Engineer ・High Ownership: Lead everything from design to implementation to decision-making. [Annual Salary] ¥8,000,000~¥15,000,000 [Monthly Salary] ¥666,667~¥1,250,000 / Basic Salary ¥492,667~¥925,000, includes fixed overtime allowance (45 hours) ¥174,000~¥325,000

Work Location (Upon Hire) 141-0021 5F, JR Tokyu Meguro Building, 3-1-1 Kami-Osaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo Principally non-smoking indoors. No work in areas where smoking is permitted.
