Position Overview
This position is responsible for driving the development of our in-house SaaS product while also leading customer success activities for customers in Japan and overseas.

You will work closely with both the engineering team and customers, covering the entire product lifecycle from requirements definition and development through release, implementation, and user adoption. The expected allocation of time is approximately 50% product development and 50% customer success.

We actively leverage AI agents and tools in our day-to-day work, enabling team members to work cross-functionally and drive a wide range of initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Development Management (Approx. 50%)
・Define the product vision and roadmap
・Consolidate business requirements and create/manage the product backlog
・Manage release plans and development schedules
・Create basic UI/UX designs, including wireframes
・Respond to Q&A from engineers and review sprint backlogs and deliverables
・Support ISO 27001 and other security-related requirements
・Conduct on-site validation at container depots, warehouses, and other operational sites, as well as testing with external vendors, including multi-device testing
・Determine areas of responsibility and required specifications for system integrations with customers' systems
・Evaluate engineer performance and provide feedback

2. Customer Success (Approx. 50%)
・Understand customer operations in Japan and overseas and provide internal briefings
・Set up trial and production environments
・Handle customer Q&A and bug reports, including initial troubleshooting and coordination with engineers
・Update user guides and API documentation in both Japanese and English
