Role Purpose / Summary
To serve as the Hands-on Delivery & Support Specialist for the Data & Analytics (D&A) Unit. This role acts as a critical communication bridge between business stakeholders (such as Finance, Accounting, and Market Intelligence) and the technical architecture/development teams.

The position focuses on capturing business pain points and turning those finalized requirements into visual realities. Key duties include creating User Dashboard Design prototypes, drafting Functional/Design Specifications, and executing data mapping for routine enhancements.

This role is designed within a flexible hiring pool; specialized assignments to either the GPM workstream (leaning toward project management and stakeholder consulting) or the PO workstream (leaning toward technical data preparation and structural logic) will be determined during the interview process. It offers a structured career development path to advance into Unit Member and Subunit Lead positions.

Key Responsibilities
1. KPI & Dashboard Implementation & Logic Execution
・Dashboard Prototyping: Performs hands-on creation of User Dashboard Design prototypes and visual mockups to turn business needs into user-friendly charts and interface layouts.
・Specification Writing: Responsible for drafting comprehensive Functional and Design Specifications (defining metadata, filters, display rules, and metrics) for developer handover.
・Development Liaison: Provides ongoing, ad-hoc requirement clarification between Product Owners, Data Labs, and the core team during development, executing logic refinements to ensure technical execution matches business intent.
・Track Global Process Management needs: Focus on project management, facilitating design-thinking workshops, KPI modeling, and translating business pain points into strategic data requirements.
・Track Product Owner needs: Focus on technical data preparation, structural data logic, and bridging requirements with Developers, Data Engineers and Scrum Masters.

2. Release & Rollout Readiness
・UAT Coordination: Coordinates User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, manages feedback loops between developers and users, and ensures regional stakeholders are fully supported during go-live phases.
・Workshop Facilitation: Supports strategic consulting workshops by preparing mockups and workshop materials, and synthesizing raw feedback from business leaders.

3. Platform Maintenance & Adoption Drive
・Environment Hygiene: Executes the decommissioning and retirement of legacy reports as per the data governance roadmap.
・User Enablement: Creates clear "How-To" user guides and documentation to drive platform adoption and enhance self-service capabilities across the global network.

4. BAU (Service Requests) & Enhancement Support
・Ticket Resolution: Directly addresses and resolves small-scale business enhancement requests via ticketing platforms like ServiceNow (e.g., modifying dashboard column positions, adjusting overdue amount displays, or integrating new data sources).
・Data Documentation: Manages Master Dictionary entries, fills out data-mapping requirements, and verifies metadata consistency across datasets.
・Progress Tracking: Maintains the BAU Progress Tracker ("Idea to Delivery" cycle) to provide complete transparency on ticket status and lifecycles to Unit Leads.
