Job Overview
Based on your experience and skills, you will be assigned to one or more of the following roles:
Corporate Roles
(1) Internal HR Operations and Talent Development
Managing and executing recruitment activities: designing and operating both new graduate and mid-career hiring processes
Developing and implementing career development programs in collaboration with relevant teams
Planning, executing, and supporting internship programs in Japan and overseas
Executing and streamlining onboarding (for new graduates and mid-career hires) and offboarding procedures
Coaching and training junior staff
(2) Support for HR Transfers within the ONE Group
Supporting recruitment and HR transfers across the entire ONE Group
Handling visa and permit procedures related to employee relocations
Supporting relocation arrangements for employees and their families
Managing expatriate compensation and benefits
Administering and managing HR policies based on Japanese labor laws
Managing labor-related matters for Japanese expatriates, including social security system administration
Note: Only a portion of the above services are currently handled in-house.
<Agency – Financial Accounting>
Responsible for the management of revenue and expenses, as well as accounting tasks for ONE’s local subsidiaries and agents.
Oversee financial performance, credit control, and risk assessment at each location
Collect data regularly from each office and compile reports for the Global Headquarters (GHQ)
Support GHQ with the financial and credit management of ONE’s agency network
<Agency – Management Accounting>
Responsible for network operations and accounting tasks for ONE’s local subsidiaries and agents.
Coordinate routine operations and business processes at each location
Collect data regularly from each office and compile reports for the Global Headquarters (GHQ)
Support GHQ with performance management (e.g., budget vs actual) of ONE’s agency network
Business Support Roles
This role supports the parent company, ONE, by addressing business challenges through IT—from IT strategy development to system implementation. You will be involved in the upstream phases of projects, including problem analysis, requirement definition, design, and development support, contributing to the sustainable growth of ONE.
IT strategy planning and execution: Formulate IT strategies based on business challenges and drive implementation
Requirement definition and design: Understand business needs, define system requirements, and propose efficient solutions
Project management: Oversee system development projects, including schedule, cost, and resource management
Vendor management: Strengthen development and operational capabilities through collaboration with external vendors
Business process improvement: Analyze and improve operations to support optimal system implementation
<Market Intelligence (Research & Analysis)>
As a member of the Market Intelligence team, which gathers and analyzes information critical to decision-making at ONE, you will be responsible for:
Collecting and managing external and procurement-related data
Gathering and organizing information to support cargo collection strategies
Analyzing industry and commodity trends to support strategic planning
Conducting competitive analysis
As a member of the "Data Driven Project," you will help teams across the global ONE Group use data to improve decision-making and enhance performance. Responsibilities include:
Building and executing KPI-driven business frameworks
Formulating and documenting data strategies with ONE
Measuring project impact and proposing improvements
Optimizing data and BI infrastructure based on Google platforms
Introducing new data technologies and proposing improvements to data architecture
Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to define technical requirements
Overseeing development processes and policies
Implementing KPI management and performance measurement systems across end-to-end processes
Assignments will be determined based on your experience, skills, and preferences.
Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned depending on future business and organizational developments.
