Job Overview

As part of ONE’s growth strategy, we are strengthening our efforts in investments and acquisitions related to terminal and inland logistics facilities.
This position is responsible for conducting feasibility studies on investment projects, reviewing the existing portfolio, developing business plans, and building financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

・Preparation of Letters of Intent (LOIs) and bidding documents
・Development of business plans and financial models for investment and divestment projects
・Drafting and reviewing contracts such as joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and service agreements
・Conducting due diligence on acquisition targets and potential business partners
Performing other related tasks as needed
・Conducting feasibility studies for investments and long-term partnerships in terminals and inland logistics hubs
・Reviewing the current terminal portfolio and identifying opportunities for consolidation or divestment
・Initially, you will be involved in M&A-related tasks such as contract management and due diligence. Over time, you will also gain industry knowledge and eventually take part in identifying potential terminal acquisition opportunities.
