Job Overview:

This role begins in accounting but expands into business analysis and BPR for ONE. You will not just manage accounts; you will structure and standardize processes to create scalable systems.

The mission is to establish the Shared Accounting Service as a foundation, ultimately leading process transformation for ONE’s global business.

Specifically ：

Phase 1: Shared Accounting Service Launch & Promotion
You will lead the end-to-end process of establishing the Shared Accounting Service for overseas subsidiaries, from visualization to standardization and migration planning.

As-Is Analysis & Visualization: Conduct interviews with overseas offices to map detailed process flows. Structure operations to identify dependencies on specific individuals and extract core issues.
To-Be Design & Standardization: Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), design KPIs to measure service quality, and build a collaborative framework with BPO vendors.
Project Management & Migration: Design reporting flows to HQ, develop actionable migration plans, manage risks, perform profitability simulations, and coordinate with stakeholders for a smooth launch.

Phase 2: ONE Business Transformation Support (Future)
Leveraging insights from the Shared Accounting Service, you will participate in the fundamental transformation of ONE headquarters' operations.

BPR Promotion at HQ: Execute As-Is analysis for HQ operations, redesign processes (To-Be), and lead large-scale BPR projects including "Lift & Shift" strategies.
Advancement via DX & Technology: Drive the evolution toward a next-generation accounting organization by implementing BI tools for data visualization, designing automated processes, and establishing data-driven performance metrics.
