現在、シンガポールのONE本社より、代理店会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析、船舶運航のサポートなど、経営の核となる管理業務を受託・集約しています。2024年5月の事業開始以来、受託範囲は急速に拡大しており、私たちは今、単なる業務代行の枠を超え、高度な専門性と知見でグローバル経営を支える「ナレッジ・プロセス・アウトソーシング（KPO）」としての地位を確立しようとしています。

We, ONE DEJIMA Co., Ltd., were established in Nagasaki in 2023 as a strategic hub of Ocean Network Express (ONE), a global shipping company ranked sixth in the world by fleet capacity.

Currently, we serve as a centralized partner to ONE’s headquarters in Singapore, undertaking and consolidating mission-critical corporate functions such as agency accounting, global HR, market analysis, and vessel operations support. Since commencing operations in May 2024, the scope of our services has expanded rapidly. We are now evolving beyond a traditional business process outsourcing model and striving to establish ourselves as a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) organization that supports global management through advanced expertise and insight.

私たちの業務は、前述の通り単なる定型業務の代行（BPO）ではありません。専門性を駆使して経営の意思決定を支える「KPO（Knowledge Process Outsourcing）」として、代理店会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析などの高度な業務を一手に担っています。
今年度からは、ONEのバックオフィス機能で培った「グローバル水準のオペレーション力」を武器に、さらなる領域拡大へと舵を切ろうとしています。国内外の様々な企業を対象とした受託業務を本格化させ、長崎という海運ビジネスの原点から世界120カ国以上のビジネスを支えるプロフェッショナル集団を目指しています。

職務概要

本ポジションは、会計領域を起点としながら、将来的にONE本体の業務分析・BPRにも関与する役割を担っていただきます。単なる会計担当ではなく、業務を構造化し、標準化し、スケール可能な仕組みに変える力を体得し、プロセス変革の中核へ成長することを前提としたポジションです。
ミッションは、Shared Accounting Serviceの立ち上げを通じて業務基盤を構築し、将来的にはONEグローバル業務のプロセス変革を推進することです。

具体的には

【フェーズ1：Shared Accounting Serviceの立ち上げ・推進】

海外子会社の会計業務を対象に、現状の可視化から標準化、移管計画の策定まで、立ち上げに関わる一連のプロセスを推進していただきます。

業務の可視化と現状分析（As-Is分析）：
海外拠点へのヒアリングを通じて現行業務を詳細に把握し、プロセスフローの作成や業務の構造化を行い、特に属人化しているプロセスの特定と課題抽出を徹底します。

標準化および次期運用設計（To-Be設計）：
標準作業手順書（SOP）の作成や、サービス品質を測るKPIの設計、BPOベンダーとの分業体制の構築を行います。

プロジェクト管理と移管推進：
HQ（本社）へのレポートフロー設計や、実行力のある業務移管計画を策定し、ステークホルダーとの調整、リスク管理、採算シミュレーションを行い、円滑な立ち上げを実現します。

【フェーズ2：ONE業務変革支援（将来的）】
Shared Accounting Serviceでの知見を基盤に、ONE本社における抜本的な業務変革に参画していただきます。

本社業務のBPR推進：
本社業務のAs-Is分析を行い、プロセス再設計（To-Be）や「Lift & Shift（業務の移管と改善）」の設計、広範なBPRプロジェクトを推進します。

DX・テクノロジー活用による高度化：
BIツールの活用によるデータ可視化、自動化プロセスの導入設計、およびデータに基づく適正な業務評価指標（メトリクス）の構築を行い、次世代の会計組織への変革を牽引します。

Our work, as described above, is not merely the execution of standardized, routine tasks (BPO). Rather, we operate as KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing), leveraging deep expertise to support management decision-making and taking full responsibility for advanced functions such as agency accounting, global human resources, and market analysis.
From this fiscal year onward, we are shifting toward further expansion by capitalizing on the global-standard operational capabilities we have cultivated through ONE’s back-office functions. By fully scaling our contract-based services for a wide range of companies both in Japan and overseas, we aim to become a professional organization that supports business across more than 120 countries worldwide—starting from Nagasaki, the birthplace of maritime business.

Job Overview:

This role begins in accounting but expands into business analysis and BPR for ONE. You will not just manage accounts; you will structure and standardize processes to create scalable systems.

The mission is to establish the Shared Accounting Service as a foundation, ultimately leading process transformation for ONE’s global business.

Specifically ：

Phase 1: Shared Accounting Service Launch & Promotion
You will lead the end-to-end process of establishing the Shared Accounting Service for overseas subsidiaries, from visualization to standardization and migration planning.

As-Is Analysis & Visualization: Conduct interviews with overseas offices to map detailed process flows. Structure operations to identify dependencies on specific individuals and extract core issues.
To-Be Design & Standardization: Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), design KPIs to measure service quality, and build a collaborative framework with BPO vendors.
Project Management & Migration: Design reporting flows to HQ, develop actionable migration plans, manage risks, perform profitability simulations, and coordinate with stakeholders for a smooth launch.

Phase 2: ONE Business Transformation Support (Future)
Leveraging insights from the Shared Accounting Service, you will participate in the fundamental transformation of ONE headquarters' operations.

BPR Promotion at HQ: Execute As-Is analysis for HQ operations, redesign processes (To-Be), and lead large-scale BPR projects including "Lift & Shift" strategies.
Advancement via DX & Technology: Drive the evolution toward a next-generation accounting organization by implementing BI tools for data visualization, designing automated processes, and establishing data-driven performance metrics.
