【募集背景】 オーシャン・ネットワーク・エクスプレス（ONE）は日本の海運大手3社（日本商船、商船三井、川崎汽船）がコンテナ事業を統合し、シンガポールを拠点に設立されました。 当社はONE本社から管理業務の一部を受託するため、日本の海運の原点ともいえる長崎の地に2023年に設立され、2024年5月に事業を開始いたしました。 当社はシンガポールのONE本社より管理業務の一部を受託しております。受注の業務範囲は代理店制度会計、代理店管理会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析等多岐にわたります。今後さらなる業務拡大が予定されており、「長崎から世界を支える。」ためのメンバーを募集しております。 \[Background of Recruitment\] Ocean Network Express (ONE) was established in Singapore through the integration of the container shipping businesses of three major Japanese shipping companies: NYK Line, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha. To support ONE’s headquarters, our company was founded in Nagasaki in 2023—a location symbolic of the origins of Japan’s maritime industry—and began operations in May 2024. We are entrusted by ONE headquarters in Singapore with a range of administrative functions, including agency accounting, management accounting, global HR, and market analysis. With plans for further expansion, we are now looking for team members who will help us "Enpowering global business from Nagasaki." ### 【職務概要】 海外に拠点を置く法人の業務受託として、以下の業務を行います。英語での業務対応が必要であり、グローバルな働き方が可能です。 ・経費支払い業務 (Account Payable) ・クレジットカード決済業務 (Payment by Credit Card) ・売掛金管理業務 (Account Receivable) ・契約管理業務 (Contract Management) ・月次決算・レポート業務 (Month-End Closing & Reporting) ・資産管理業務 (Asset Management) ・給与支払い業務 (Payroll) ・その他付随する業務 ※ご経験・スキルおよびご希望を踏まえて考慮いたします。 ※今後の会社・事業の状況によって、上記以外に新たな業務が発生する可能性もございます。 Role Overview – Accounting Outsourcing Services You will be responsible for outsourced accounting tasks for overseas entities. The role requires English communication and offers the opportunity to work in a truly global environment. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (expense payments) Payment processing via credit card Accounts Receivable management Contract management Month-end closing and reporting Asset management Payroll processing Other related tasks Assignments will be determined based on your experience, skills, and career aspirations. New responsibilities may be added as the company continues to expand.
