【募集背景】 オーシャン・ネットワーク・エクスプレス（ONE）は日本の海運大手3社（日本商船、商船三井、川崎汽船）がコンテナ事業を統合し、シンガポールを拠点に設立されました。 当社はONE本社から管理業務の一部を受託するため、日本の海運の原点ともいえる長崎の地に2023年に設立され、2024年5月に事業を開始いたしました。 当社はシンガポールのONE本社より管理業務の一部を受託しております。受注の業務範囲は代理店制度会計、代理店管理会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析等多岐にわたります。今後さらなる業務拡大が予定されており、「長崎から世界を支える。」ためのメンバーを募集しております。 \[Background of Recruitment\] Ocean Network Express (ONE) was established in Singapore through the integration of the container shipping businesses of three major Japanese shipping companies: NYK Line, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha. To support ONE’s headquarters, our company was founded in Nagasaki in 2023—a location symbolic of the origins of Japan’s maritime industry—and began operations in May 2024\. We are entrusted by ONE headquarters in Singapore with a range of administrative functions, including agency accounting, management accounting, global HR, and market analysis. With plans for further expansion, we are now looking for team members who will help us "Enpowering global business from Nagasaki." ### 【職務概要】 親会社であるONEの定期コンテナ船事業における船舶運航において、船舶から排出されるスラッジ (燃料残渣)の適切な処理手配管理を行う業務です。 本船から送られてくる報告データの分析、引き取り業者の評価や本船による数量の傾向など、燃料費削減や調達の質向上に向けた方策を検討・実行します。 ・本船から送られてくる報告の取りまとめ、また未送付の船に対するフォローアップ ・処理データの収集・分析を通じた適正な陸揚げ処分手配運用の提案 ・(将来的には)その他燃料における関連業務、燃料の注文やサプライから下流までのデータ管理及び分析 ※ご経験・スキルおよびご希望を踏まえて考慮いたします。 ※今後の会社・事業の状況によって、上記以外に新たな業務が発生する可能性もございます。 This position is responsible for managing the proper arrangement and handling of sludge (fuel residues) discharged from vessels in the liner container shipping operations of our parent company, ONE. You will analyze report data sent from the vessels, evaluate disposal contractors, and assess trends in the amount of sludge generated by each vessel to explore and implement measures aimed at reducing fuel costs and improving the quality of procurement. Key Responsibilities: Consolidate reports received from vessels and follow up with those that have not submitted their reports Propose improvements to onshore disposal operations through the collection and analysis of treatment data (In the future) Handle other fuel-related tasks, including managing and analyzing data across the fuel supply chain—from ordering and supply to downstream operations Responsibilities may be adjusted based on your experience, skills, and preferences. Please note that additional tasks may be assigned depending on future changes in the company's business or organizational needs.
