【募集背景】 オーシャン・ネットワーク・エクスプレス（ONE）は日本の海運大手3社（日本商船、商船三井、川崎汽船）がコンテナ事業を統合し、シンガポールを拠点に設立されました。 当社はONE本社から管理業務の一部を受託するため、日本の海運の原点ともいえる長崎の地に2023年に設立され、2024年5月に事業を開始いたしました。 当社はシンガポールのONE本社より管理業務の一部を受託しております。受注の業務範囲は代理店制度会計、代理店管理会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析等多岐にわたります。今後さらなる業務拡大が予定されており、「長崎から世界を支える。」ためのメンバーを募集しております。 \[Background of Recruitment\] Ocean Network Express (ONE) was established in Singapore through the integration of the container shipping businesses of three major Japanese shipping companies: NYK Line, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha. To support ONE’s headquarters, our company was founded in Nagasaki in 2023—a location symbolic of the origins of Japan’s maritime industry—and began operations in May 2024\. We are entrusted by ONE headquarters in Singapore with a range of administrative functions, including agency accounting, management accounting, global HR, and market analysis. With plans for further expansion, we are now looking for team members who will help us "Enpowering global business from Nagasaki." ### 【職務概要】English text follows 【募集背景】 本ポジションは、ONEグループの SCS（Symphony Creative Solutions）社 が提供する国際物流の現場作業を効率化する B2B SaaSアプリケーション「CargoNote」 のプロダクトマネジメントを担う役割です。 顧客企業からの要望や課題を正確に把握し、開発チーム（ベトナム）と連携しながらプロダクトの要件定義・機能設計・開発指示を行います。 ユーザー視点での体験設計（UX/UI）を重視し、プロダクトを成長させるための機能改善や新規開発をリードしていただきます。 将来的には、親会社 ONE が提供する他のデジタルソリューションにも関与いただく可能性があります。 【当社の特徴】 \- ONEを含むグローバルネットワークの中核業務に直接関わることが可能 \- 立ち上げ期の柔軟な組織で、自ら業務・文化を創っていける環境 \- 多様性を尊重し、経験・国籍・年齢を問わず活躍できる職場 【職務概要】 \- SCS社（日本/東京）に常駐し、CargoNoteのプロダクトマネジメント全般を担当 \- 顧客からの要望・課題をヒアリングし、プロダクト要件に落とし込む \- 要件定義、ユーザーストーリー策定、プロダクトデザインへの反映 \- UX/UIを考慮した開発方針の策定、開発チーム（ベトナム拠点。英語）への指示出し \- 機能改善・新機能開発のロードマップ策定、進捗管理 \- 日本語・英語を用いた社内外ステークホルダーとの調整 \- その他付随する業務 Background This position is responsible for the product management of CargoNote, a B2B SaaS application developed by Symphony Creative Solutions (SCS), a member of the ONE Group, designed to streamline on-site operations in international logistics. You will gather customer requirements and pain points, define product requirements, design functions, and provide development instructions in close collaboration with the development team based in Vietnam. Placing emphasis on user experience (UX/UI), you will lead product enhancements and new feature development to drive growth. In the future, you may also be involved in other digital solutions provided by the parent company, ONE. What Makes Us Unique Direct involvement in the core operations of ONE’s global network. Key Responsibilities \- Based at SCS (Tokyo), oversee all aspects of product management for CargoNote \- Gather and translate customer requirements into product specifications \- Define requirements, develop user stories, and incorporate them into product design \- Formulate development policies with UX/UI in mind and give instructions to the Vietnam-based development team (in English) \- Develop and manage the roadmap for feature enhancements and new developments \- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in both Japanese and English \- Perform other related duties as required
