【募集背景】 オーシャン・ネットワーク・エクスプレス（ONE）は日本の海運大手3社（日本商船、商船三井、川崎汽船）がコンテナ事業を統合し、シンガポールを拠点に設立されました。 当社はONE本社から管理業務の一部を受託するため、日本の海運の原点ともいえる長崎の地に2023年に設立され、2024年5月に事業を開始いたしました。 当社はシンガポールのONE本社より管理業務の一部を受託しております。受注の業務範囲は代理店制度会計、代理店管理会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析等多岐にわたります。今後さらなる業務拡大が予定されており、「長崎から世界を支える。」ためのメンバーを募集しております。 \[Background of Recruitment\] Ocean Network Express (ONE) was established in Singapore through the integration of the container shipping businesses of three major Japanese shipping companies: NYK Line, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha. To support ONE’s headquarters, our company was founded in Nagasaki in 2023—a location symbolic of the origins of Japan’s maritime industry—and began operations in May 2024\. We are entrusted by ONE headquarters in Singapore with a range of administrative functions, including agency accounting, management accounting, global HR, and market analysis. With plans for further expansion, we are now looking for team members who will help us "Enpowering global business from Nagasaki." ### 【職務概要】English text follows 【募集背景】 本ポジションは、ONEグループの SCS（Symphony Creative Solutions）社 が提供する国際物流の現場作業を効率化する B2B SaaSアプリケーション「CargoNote」を活用し、同社に常駐して顧客企業の物流課題を解決するセールスエンジニア職です。 顧客のビジネス課題をヒアリングし、CargoNoteを中心としたデジタルソリューションを提案・導入することで、輸送の効率化・コスト削減・環境負荷低減を実現します。 将来的にはONE DEJIMAの親会社ONEが提供する各種デジタルソリューションも担当頂く可能性があります。 【当社の特徴】 \- ONEを含むグローバルネットワークの中核業務に直接関わることが可能 \- 立ち上げ期の柔軟な組織で、自ら業務・文化を創っていける環境 \- 多様性を尊重し、経験・国籍・年齢を問わず活躍できる職場 【職務概要】 \- SCS社（日本/東京) に常駐し、CargoNoteを活用したソリューション営業を担当（新規開拓） \- 顧客企業の輸送・物流に関する課題をヒアリングし、改善提案を実施 \- CargoNote導入の提案書作成、デモンストレーション、PoC支援 \- 導入後の運用サポート、改善提案、追加機能の提案 \- 日本語・英語を用いた社内外ステークホルダーとの調整 \- Landing Pageの更新、SNSによる発信等のPR業務 \- その他付随する業務 Background This position is based at Symphony Creative Solutions (SCS), a member company of the ONE Group, which provides the B2B SaaS application CargoNote designed to optimize international logistics operations. As a Sales Engineer, you will be stationed at SCS and work closely with client companies to solve logistics challenges by leveraging CargoNote. Through understanding client business issues and proposing/implementing digital solutions centered around CargoNote, you will contribute to transportation efficiency, cost reduction, and environmental impact reduction. In the future, you may also be involved in other digital solutions provided by our parent company, Ocean Network Express (ONE). Responsibilities \- Be stationed at SCS Japan (Tokyo) and lead solution sales activities for CargoNote (new business development). \- Identify client transportation and logistics challenges through interviews and provide improvement proposals. \- Prepare proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and support Proof of Concept (PoC) for CargoNote implementation. \- Provide post-implementation operational support, propose improvements, and suggest additional features. \- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in both Japanese and English (meetings, emails, etc.). \- Manage PR-related activities such as updating landing pages and posting via social media. \- Perform other related duties as required.
