【募集背景】 オーシャン・ネットワーク・エクスプレス（ONE）は日本の海運大手3社（日本商船、商船三井、川崎汽船）がコンテナ事業を統合し、シンガポールを拠点に設立されました。 当社はONE本社から管理業務の一部を受託するため、日本の海運の原点ともいえる長崎の地に2023年に設立され、2024年5月に事業を開始いたしました。 当社はシンガポールのONE本社より管理業務の一部を受託しております。受注の業務範囲は代理店制度会計、代理店管理会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析等多岐にわたります。今後さらなる業務拡大が予定されており、「長崎から世界を支える。」ためのメンバーを募集しております。 \[Background of Recruitment\] Ocean Network Express (ONE) was established in Singapore through the integration of the container shipping businesses of three major Japanese shipping companies: NYK Line, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha. To support ONE’s headquarters, our company was founded in Nagasaki in 2023—a location symbolic of the origins of Japan’s maritime industry—and began operations in May 2024\. We are entrusted by ONE headquarters in Singapore with a range of administrative functions, including agency accounting, management accounting, global HR, and market analysis. With plans for further expansion, we are now looking for team members who will help us "Enpowering global business from Nagasaki." ### 【職務概要/Job Overview】 親会社であるONEの持続可能な成長を支えるために、経営課題や業務課題を分析し、最適な戦略・ソリューションを提案・実行するコンサルティング業務を担当します。 デジタル技術や業務改革の知見を活かし、ビジネスの成長・競争力強化を支援するとともに、プロジェクトの推進や変革の実行をサポートします。 ご経験やご希望に応じて下記2つの業務からアサインさせていただきます。 ①ITコンサルタント 親会社であるONEのビジネス課題をITを活用して解決することをミッションとして、IT戦略の策定からシステム導入までの全体支援を通じ、ONEの業務改善および事業拡大をサポートします。 ＜具体的な業務＞ ・ONEのビジネス課題を深く理解し、最適なIT戦略と業務設計を提案する(BA) ・複数部門や外部ベンダーとの調整を行い、システム要件定義等の上流から下流にわたるシステム開発プロジェクトの進行管理、スケジュール・コスト・リソース管理を行う(PM) ・ONE内外のステークホルダーを連携させ、効率的な情報の集約と管理をもとに、ビジネス目標達成のための調整役を担う(アグリゲーター) ・グループ内企業との協業体制構築、既存製品のセールスサポート、新製品開発のリード ・受託業務プロセスの高度化サイクルを支える ②ビジネスコンサルタント 親会社であるONEの経営課題を分析し、事業戦略、業務プロセス改革、人材・組織開発などの観点から改善策を提案・実行します。 業界動向や市場分析をもとに、持続的な成長をサポートする役割です。 ＜具体的な業務＞ ・各部門からの課題や要望をヒアリングし、現状のプロセスや運用状況を分析 ・業務プロセスの可視化・SOPの作成・改善提案 ・オペレーション効率化およびコスト削減施策の策定 ・様々な社内のデータ分析を通じた課題特定/分析 ・業務改善プロジェクトの計画立案から実行、進捗管理、成果の評価までを一貫して行う ・関係部門との調整および報告業務(各種リサーチ・レポート作成) ・その他付随する業務（データ分析を活用した意思決定支援、組織改革・人材開発支援など） ※ご経験・スキルおよびご希望を踏まえて考慮いたします。 ※今後の会社・事業の状況によって、上記以外に新たな業務が発生する可能性もございます。 To support the sustainable growth of our parent company, Ocean Network Express (ONE), we are seeking professionals to take on consulting roles focused on analyzing management and operational challenges and proposing and implementing optimal strategies and solutions. By leveraging expertise in digital technologies and business process transformation, you will help drive business growth and enhance competitiveness while supporting project execution and organizational change. Depending on your experience and preferences, you will be assigned to one of the following two roles: 1. IT Consultant As an IT Consultant, your mission will be to solve business challenges faced by our parent company ONE through the use of IT. You will provide end-to-end support, from IT strategy development to system implementation, to enhance operational efficiency and support business expansion. Key Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of ONE’s business issues and propose optimal IT strategies and business process designs (Business Analyst) Manage system development projects from upstream to downstream, including requirement definition, while coordinating across multiple departments and external vendors. Handle scheduling, cost control, and resource management (Project Manager) Serve as a coordinator among internal and external stakeholders, consolidating and managing information efficiently to align with business goals (Aggregator) Build collaboration frameworks with group companies, support sales of existing solutions, and lead new product development Contribute to the continuous improvement cycle of outsourced business processes 1. Business Consultant As a Business Consultant, you will analyze management issues faced by ONE and propose and implement improvements in business strategy, process reform, and organizational development. You will play a key role in supporting ONE’s sustainable growth through industry trend analysis and market insights. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interviews with departments to understand issues and analyze current processes and operations Visualize business processes, create and improve SOPs Propose measures for operational efficiency and cost reduction Identify and analyze issues using various internal data sources Manage business improvement projects from planning through execution, tracking progress and evaluating results Coordinate with related departments and prepare various research reports and documentation Other related responsibilities, such as data-driven decision-making support, organizational reform, and talent development support Assignment will be determined based on your experience, skills, and preferences.
