【募集背景】 オーシャン・ネットワーク・エクスプレス（ONE）は日本の海運大手3社（日本商船、商船三井、川崎汽船）がコンテナ事業を統合し、シンガポールを拠点に設立されました。 当社はONE本社から管理業務の一部を受託するため、日本の海運の原点ともいえる長崎の地に2023年に設立され、2024年5月に事業を開始いたしました。 当社はシンガポールのONE本社より管理業務の一部を受託しております。受注の業務範囲は代理店制度会計、代理店管理会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析等多岐にわたります。今後さらなる業務拡大が予定されており、「長崎から世界を支える。」ためのメンバーを募集しております。 \[Background of Recruitment\] Ocean Network Express (ONE) was established in Singapore through the integration of the container shipping businesses of three major Japanese shipping companies: NYK Line, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha. To support ONE’s headquarters, our company was founded in Nagasaki in 2023—a location symbolic of the origins of Japan’s maritime industry—and began operations in May 2024\. We are entrusted by ONE headquarters in Singapore with a range of administrative functions, including agency accounting, management accounting, global HR, and market analysis. With plans for further expansion, we are now looking for team members who will help us "Enpowering global business from Nagasaki." ### 【職務概要】 産学連携および大学リレーションの企画・運営を担い、学生・教員とのネットワークを広げる役割を担います。大学との協働を通じて、インターンシップのプログラムを企画・実施し、当社に関心や興味を持った学生に育成や学びの機会を創出します。教育機関とのパートナーシップを深めることで、学生に新たな成長の場を提供するとともに、学生・教育機関・企業を結び付け、持続的な学びと成長の基盤を築きます。 ＜産学連携・大学リレーション構築担当＞：1名 産学連携における企画及び運営 大学とのリレーションシップの構築・維持 インターンシップ企画・運営 その他付随する業務 ※ご経験・スキルおよびご希望を踏まえて考慮いたします。 ※今後の会社・事業の状況によって、上記以外に新たな業務が発生する可能性もございます。 We are seeking a professional who will be responsible for planning and managing industry–academia collaboration and university relations, while expanding networks with students and faculty members. Through collaboration with universities, this role will design and implement internship programs, creating opportunities for learning and development for students who show interest in our company. By deepening partnerships with educational institutions, we aim to provide new growth opportunities for students, connect students, academia, and industry, and establish a foundation for sustainable learning and development. <Industry–Academia Collaboration & University Relations Officer>: 1 position Key Responsibilities * Planning and management of industry–academia collaboration initiatives * Building and maintaining relationships with universities * Designing and operating internship programs * Other related tasks as assigned * Consideration will be given based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and preferences.
