◆About NOT A HOTEL NOT A HOTEL is redefining the concept of home ownership by creating fully serviced, design-driven vacation homes in Japan. Collaborating with world-renowned architects and designers, we offer a network of unique, shareable residences where owners can experience multi-locational living. Owners can purchase fractional or full ownership and manage stays seamlessly through our proprietary app. NOT A HOTEL handles all property management, maintenance, and concierge services, ensuring a luxurious and hassle-free experience. ◆About the Role As a key member of the Overseas Sales team, you will drive NOT A HOTEL’s global expansion by engaging international clients, articulating the value of our properties, and facilitating successful transactions. You will contribute to our international sales strategy and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for luxury real estate, a deep understanding of international clientele, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ◆Key Responsibilities - Lead International Sales Efforts: Effectively communicate and present NOT A HOTEL’s properties to overseas clients, emphasizing the unique value proposition of shared ownership and multi-locational living. - Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with marketing and internal sales teams to align strategies, leverage data insights, and drive overseas sales growth. - Optimize the Customer Journey: Improve the purchasing experience for international clients by refining sales processes, streamlining transactions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. ◆Additional Responsibilities (Based on Experience & Interests) - Engage with Japanese clients, offering tailored property recommendations and guided tours. - Provide market insights to inform product development and service enhancements. - Utilize digital tools to enhance client interactions and optimize online sales. - Support real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with Japanese property regulations. - Manage customer relationships via CRM platforms and streamline contract processes. - Develop immersive virtual sales experiences using 3D renderings and digital assets.

◆Compensation & Benefits Salary is based on experience and skill level, with additional performance-based bonuses and salary increases. Annual Salary Ranges: - Grade 6: ¥10M+ (No upper limit) - Grade 5: ¥10M–¥15M - Grade 4: ¥7M–¥10M - Grade 3: ¥5M–¥7M - Grade 2: ¥4M–¥5M - Grade 1: Up to ¥4M Includes fixed overtime pay (45 hours) and late-night allowance (20 hours). Any excess hours will be compensated separately. ◆Performance-Based Evaluation ("One Team" System) Our evaluation system is fully aligned with company performance rather than individual reviews. Salary increases and bonuses are determined based on company-wide OKR achievements. Example Annual Performance Incentives: - OKR 120% Achievement: +5% Salary Increase, 20% Bonus - OKR 110% Achievement: +3% Salary Increase, 10% Bonus
